9.33 SHEET ROOFING Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm ( plus 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and olyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should haveprotective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

4.12.1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 1 All kinds of soil

10.9 CEMENT CONCRETE FLOORING Providing and laying of Conglomerate floor 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 on 100 mm cement concrete 1:8:16 and 100 mm sand or stone filling.

11.6.2 CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 2 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

10.30.2 TILE FLOORING Providing and laying of chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). 2 Medium shade pigment using 50% white cement 50% Grey cement .

10.51 GRANITE FLOORING Providing and fixing granite stone in all shades 15mm to 18 mm thick in skirting /dado, risers of steps, pillars and wall facing, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of Granite including labour for fixing cramps pins and dowels etc.

13.30.1 SIGLE/BUILT-UP STEEL/TUBULAR SECTIONS Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangularhollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 1 Hot finished welded type tubes.

10.100.2 OTHER MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS USED FOR FLOORING 0 Cement Concrete 1:8:16 Flooring 2 Cement Concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregate 40 mm size in foundation and plinth.

11.78 INTERIOR FINISHING Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade.

7.20.2 B BRICK WORK Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 10.5 in foundation and plinth in: 2 Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
