Part: A (Electrical Installation Work):

Dismantling the existing damaged BDB, switch board, wiring, cable, fittings & fixture as required very carefully & carrying the same to safe place as per direction of EIC.

Wiring in 1.1 KV grade single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of following sizes in 25mm PVC conduit (rigid) (Precision make) incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc.

4 x 10 & 2 x 6 mm² for Timer DB to Loop Box and Loop Box to AC ODU Terminal.

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.

4 x 10 & 2 x 6 mm² cu. Wire.

Supplying & fixing of PVC cable end loop box of size (270 x 225 x 135 mm) including providing drilled holes incl all necessary items as required for the input power of ODU of AC System. (Make: Syntex) (Model No.: GSJB 3126)

Supply & Fixing of MCB Mounting CHANNEL WHITE – Din 35 Rail (35 x 7.5 x 0.8 mm) White plated in the existing PVC loop box including providing drilled holes incl all necessary items as required for the fixing of MCB Isolator.

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V 4 Pole 63 A MCB Isolator on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection. (Make: Legrand)

S & Laying 1.1KV gr. 4 Core 25 mm² XLPE Ar./Al. Cable (Make:- Gloster/Havells/Polycab as approved by EIC) incl. making connections as per direction of EIC.

Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & FMS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip)Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting

S&F compression type gland complete with Brass Gland, Rubber Rings for dust & moistureproof entry of cables incl. finishing the ends by crimping method incl. S & Fixing Dowells solderless socket, tapes and jointing materials as follows;-

Part: B (SITC of Airconditioning System):

S&D of minimum 16.5 KW /5Tr.nominal cooling capacity ceiling suspended [concealed] Split Air Conditioner with R410A / R407C / R-32 Refrigerant, with single Scroll Compressor for fixed Speed Machine / Swing compressor in inverter machine, suitable for operation on 415V,+_ 5% , 50Hz, 3Ph AC Supply. with precharged refrigerant, Wired/ Wireless remote & all other accessories complet with refrigerent (Make : DAIKIN / Mitsubishi ELectric / O General/ Mitsubishi Heavy).

Supply & Errection of ODU unit of AC system of deep fabrication to suitable MS angle, flats, U channel, Support, Pati for Base, Bar and the section welded mech Pati suitable for fixing on wall covering the existing ODU unit of AC system. IDU hanging from prefabricated structure by 2 Nos. MS Angle (35x35x6mm) of length 5.6 ft (Approx) including necessary holes fixing by fasteners for One No IDU Unit. All should be stereadly and electrically welded in a measurement and also the system have 1 No. door palla made of 25mm x 6 mm flat and 35x35x6mm angle (column & vertical) for Maintenace & Breakdown works of the ODU unit of AC system. AC Outdoor Unit Main Platform and Guard structure should be made of 75x40x6mm U channel, 50x50x6mm flat for base, 40x40x6mm angle, 25x3 mm Pati, 1/2" x1/2" Bar etc. All MS Fabrication Structure will be complete in a compact position finally the protection should be painted with moisture proof red oxide primer & approved paint (2 Coat) incl. carrying charges with lock & key arrangement . Base area of the platform will be as per Machine configeration & load with adequate service access for two nos. IDU & ODU Unit as per direction by EIC.

Supply & fixing of HVAC grade copper pipe of following sizes with Nitril Rubber insulation minimum thickness 9 mm. for liquid and gas line between ODU and IDU (Make - Ryoku/Nippon):-

(a) 3/8" (liquid line).

(b) 3/4" (gas line).

Supply & Laying of PVC insulated unarmoured 1.1 KV grade 6 Core 2.5 sq mm copper cable from indoor to outdoor unit with necessary fixing arrangement. (Finolex / Polycab / Havells/Gloster)

Supply & Laying of PVC insulated unarmoured 1.1 KV grade 4 Core 2.5 sq mm copper cable from indoor to outdoor unit with necessary fixing arrangement. (Finolex / Polycab / Havell/Glosters)

Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector,6 mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of MS support.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :- The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/ submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.
