P.C.C(1:3:6) of using 20mm. & down C.B.G chips of approved quality in foundation & plinth including mixing hosting, laying to proper level & slope compacting, curing, watering charges etc. complete including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply Tor/TMT steel manufactured by SAIL/TISCON/ VIZAG Steel of Fe 500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including supply of steel, labour, materials, transportation charges, T&P, taxes, etc. all complete but excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. NB: No payment shall be made for extra weight than theoretical co-efficient.

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering & shuttering made of steel/ply, plank of approved quality for R.C.C. structures and de-shuttering and removing the same after due period with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, tollage, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

12 MM thick Cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) proportion, over brick work including racking out the joints, finished smooth to the exposed surface, rounding the corners wherever found necessary including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, watering, curing, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, Fabricating, fitting fixing of MS Grill/MS Structure made out of MS Angle channel etc. with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, welding charges, grinding, staging, scaffolding, finishing the joints & exposed surfaces curing but excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of GI grill gate with angle, flat, square bar, plate, domani, floor domani, aldrops, long tower bolt both side aldrops to fixing the gate with locking arrangements with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, scaffolding arrangement, safety precaution, port entry fees etc. required for the complete in all respect, Excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing the structural member surface by scrapping cleaning the rusts and spray painting the same with two coats of coal tar epoxy paint over a coat of inorganic zinc silicate primer of approved quality, etc. complete including all staging ,scaffolding up to 4.60mtr,labour,all taxes, materials, fuel, brushes tools ,gate entry fees etc. complete but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Supplying ,fitting ,fixing of punched tape concertina coil of diameter 610 mm having 51 turns in one coil and 6.00 mtr length to be stretched manufactured out of 19 mmx0.5 mm thick steel strips and 9 nos horizontal razor barbed Tape(RBT) made of 2.5 mm thick spring steel core wire and weight 80 gms /Rmt with 18 to 25 micron zinc coating over the coil &RBT, both materials having tensile strength of 1620N/mm2, both are dipped in corrosion preventive fluid , fixing with angle posts section with G I stapples or GI clips /wires to retain horizontal with supply of all material labour T&P taxes staging etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC.

Exterior painting two coats to wall surface with acrylic based weather coat paint of approved quality & shade having resistance to Fungus, Fading, including scraping, cleaning, brushing, washing the old paint, as and when required, removing the flakes applying uniformly two coats including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying quarry dust of approved as sub-base in layers not exceeding 225mm thick each watering and compacting to the required density in O.M.C with Vibratory Roller with supply of all material labour transportation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes ,royalties etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC Gr II(63 mm to 45 mm ) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate with Quarry dust , watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works with supply of all material labour transportation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes , tollage , royalties etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC.

Supply of unskilled Labour for trimming of trees cleaning of jungles, bushes etc. on or adjacent to the Port perimeter wall or wherever required, including T&P, transportation, taxes, staging, gate entry fees,scaffolding,Safety of Workmen, but excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of tractor for collecting cut trees, jungles, bushes etc. and disposing the same at identified location with supply of machineries, engagement, running & hire charges of machineries, operator expenses, cost to fuel and lubricants, all safety measures with supply of all labour, T&P, POL, transport, with all taxes, tollage, Port entry fees etc. but excluding GST all completed as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.
