M&L for taking out old unserviceable burnt winding of centrifugal motor, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply after disconnecting all electrical connections and rewinding by using super enamelled copper conductor of existing gauge and size by maintaining existing turn ratio, applying insulation varnish and drying up for specified period to achieve desired insulation value including reassembling of motor after rewinding and testing before reinstallation and including all electrical connection using suitable size of lugs complete all as specified and as directed of following capacity :-

M&L for transporting Submersible/ Centrifugal Pump Set any capacity from Pump House/ E&M store yard at Pachmarhi to Pipariya and back (nearest workshop) for repairing including carefully loading/ unloading etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for lifting out/ taking up carefully submersible Pump Set and motor by deploying skilled labour from bore well after disconnecting electrical and pipe line conections, with the help of chain pully block with tripod including column pipe and submersible cable from 220 feet approx depth, disconnecting pump and motor from coupling and keeping aside for testing / checking submersible pump set and other connected acessories for servicibility complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling of motor, checking rotar, stator, thrust bearing and other parts for its serviceability complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviciable burnt winding of submersble motor 7.5/10 / 12 / 12.50 HP, 3 phase 415 volts, 2900 RPM, 50 Hz AC supply and rewinding by using copper super enamelled conductor PVC insulated of existing gauge and size by maintaining existing turn ratio and reassembling of submersible motor after rewinding by replacing following burn out parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spares required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ/ Sch 'A'.

Supply only following submersible motor spares/ parts (As per existing make / type and size) complete all as specified and as directed :-

M&L for dismantling of pump, checking impeller, distance sleeves, bush and other parts for its serviceability complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reassembling of submersible pump after repairing and by replacing burnt out parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spares required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ/ Sch 'A'.

M&L for bore well cleaning / washing of tube well by using a compressure up to 200mm bore and upto 100 mtr depth removining/ refixing the submersible Pump set 12/ 15 HP capcity, column pipe, power cable wth the help of tripod and chain pulley block and remove the dirts sludge, mud, clay, sand, scales from top to bottom level with the help of compressure for smooth functioning of the submercible pump with out any trouble to sucking the portable water from the borewell compertably all as spcified and directed.

Taking down base frame of centrifugal pump set from pump house after dismantling of pump and motor after disconnecting electrical and water supply connection and M&L for fabrication of base frame from structural steel as per existing shape and size including cutting, drilling, welding, replacement of foundation nut and bolts etc including refixing of pump and motor on new base frame making proper aligngnment and further fixing on PCC foundation and making electrical and water supply connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-9” ,100 mm (4”) dia with all fittings and jointing material incl connection of existing water line in main line including taking down the old GI water supply pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge
