Supply and Installatio of Gym Equipment

Saupply and Installation of 315 ampere and 35 kA breaking capacity four pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders along with surface mounted cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying of 3.5 core XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade and 240 sq. mm. in size with galvanised steel flat strip armouring with continuous current carrying capacity of 325 amperes, short cicruit current rating of 20 kA and conforming to IS7098 with latest amendments.

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 240 sq. mm. size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Supplying and making end termination for 3.5 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade, 240 sq. mm. size with compression glands and aluminium lugs

Supply,installation and commissioning of powder coated electrical housing panel made up of high quality CRCA steel, with 2 mm thickness for structure and 1.6 mm thickness for doors and covers along with phase indicators.The panel must be totally enclosed, rigid , air insulated and suitable for operarion on three phase, 415 volts;50 Hz power supply. It must be able to withstand minimum ambient temperature of 45 degree celsius, 80% humidity and dusty atmosphere. The panel must contain 2 Nos. change over switch of 250 amperes each, having four poles and suitable for operation on three phase, 415 volt-50 Hz. supply and a four pole,415 volts-50Hz. MCCB of 250 ampere rating and breaking capacity of 25 kA. The panel must also contain three phase and neutral aluminium bus bar of 200 ampere rating for each phase with ratio of 1 ampere for 1 sq. mm.The busbar and interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves and be colour coded in red, yellow, blue and black to identify the three phases and neutral of the system. The bus bar should be sectioned from the middle so that each bus bar is an output to each of the change over switch inside the panel.

Supplying of 3.5 core XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade and 150 sq. mm. in size with galvanised steel flat strip armouring with continuous current carrying capacity of 200 amperes, short cicruit current rating of 14 kA and conforming to IS7098 with latest amendments.

Laying and fixing of 150 sq. mm. XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade on wall surface and clamping it using MS flat clamp of size 25/40 x 3 mm.

Supply and installation of 200 amperes copper bus bar with four copper strips (one for each of the three phase- red, yellow,blue and a neutral) along with metal enclosure compiling to IEC-61439-3.

Supplying and making end termination to the for 3.5 core XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade, 150 sq. mm. size with compression glands and aluminium lugs.

Supplying and installing of 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors,suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

Supplying of 3.5 core XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade and 120 sq. mm. in size with galvanised steel flat strip armouring with continuous current carrying capacity of 200 amperes, short cicruit current rating of 11 kA and conforming to IS7098 with latest amendments.

Laying of one number 3.5 core XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 120 sq. mm. size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering andrefilling the trench etc as required
