Erection of temporary shed for dehydration of Transformer

Draining of complete oil i.e 22400 L from the Transformer for carrying out Internal inspectiont and for replacement of all the gaskets of Transformer and filling of transformer with Nitrogen gas with a pressure of 0.4kgs per sq cm

Dismantling of transformer Accessiories such as Bushings, bushing turrets, Pipe lines, Inspection covers, OLTC chamber covers, Radiator plugs for replacement of worn out gaskets with new one

Filteration/Dehydration of Transformer oil and step by step filling into the transformer

Misc. Works such as dismantling of jumpers/connectors and reconnection of same after carrying out job, testing of transformer, carriage/transportation of Filteration Plant, oil storage tanks their loading and unloading at site(L/S)

Repairing or Overhauling of motor in Driving Mechanism of OLTC

Making RTCC Panel functional,checking cables,remote temperature indicators(WTI,OTI) in RTCC panel.Checking Local and remote operation along with AVR relay & other allied works

Checking reparing and making functional auto control operation of cooling fan by way replacement of Main Switch, Contactors, Relay and placing new wiring in the existing old/ replaced fan control cubical

Final Erection Check and conducting various pre-commissioning tests on the Transformer including dissolved gas analysis, BDV of oil, PPM,C & tan delta of oil , Bushings and Windings, interfacial tension, sludge, ratio test, short circuit test, winding resistance ,insulation resistance etc for successful commissioning of transformer after repais/overhauling of the transformer
