S & I of 100W LED flood light in various locations in RCF trombay township. Make : Polycab/ wipro /pride /Havells/ Philiphs/ Crompton

Supply and laying of 3C X 2.5 sq mm TRS copper cable of reputed makes like finolex, polycab only, connecting the same to source and load as directed by site –in-charge.

Installation of LED flood light (100 to 120 W ) on hiring basis. (Up to 25 fittings from 13/08/2021 to 15/08/2021 . Fittings shall be fixed as per approval and direction of site –in-charge. All wires and cable required shall be in bidder’s scope.

S & I of 5 A plug top of mentioned make.

S & I of 15 A plug top of mentioned make.

Supply and installation of wooden board of size 10" X 12" with 25 A, 30 mA RCBO, two 15/5A plug point (or combination) and 3 numbers 5A plug points with complete connections. Connecting wires shall be of proper colour code. (One plug top of 15A and 5A shall be supplied along with the board. Connection of copper cable mentioned in item no 2 shall be done by party, no extra payment will be made for the same.

Replacement of faulty RCBO on wooden board with new 32/40 A, 30mA RCBO. RCBO shall be of reputed make as mentioned.

Laying or removal of XLPE / PVC cable up to 70 sqmm on ground

Termination of cable (Up to 70 sqmm) with suitable lugs (Bottom lug / normal lug) & gland-with installation of provided ICTPN / SDF.

Supply of Technicians having wiring license for preventive maintenance and other miscellaneous jobs. Party shall deploy technicians from 10.08.2021 to 17.08.2021 in general shift (2 per day). 1 person per day on 2nd shift from 13/08/2021-to 15/08/2021. Irrespective of the quoted rate, successful bidder has to ensure payment as per statutory minimum wage.

Supply of helper for electrical jobs. Successful bidder shall deploy said man power from 10.08.2021 to 17.08.2021 in general shift (2 per day). 1 person per day on 2nd shift from 13/08/2021-to 15/08/2021. In addition to said requirements, party shall deploy man power as per requirement for jobs like cleaning of fittings, shifting of scraps etc. (From township to scrap yard/other places.)

Transportation arrangement for cable and other electrical materials required from cable yard / township office to sports complex on 14/08/2021 and from sports complex to township office / cable yard on 15.08.2021.

Repairing of L& T automatic STAR - DELTA starter of 50 HP Motor (MNX 45 / 50) by replacing existing timer of ET-100 with new ST-100 timer (Supply shall be in the scope of the successful bidder) . Connections shall be done as per SLD. Bidder is also required to make all necessary changes in the control circuitry to make given automatic starter fully functional. Any other jobs required shall also be in bidder’s scope. RCF will supply MNX 50 /45 TPN contactors. Required leads shall also be arranged by the bidder

Supply & Fixing of Ceiling Rose / Square box

Dressing job of the cable (By suitable clamp / casing capping as applicable )

Unwanted cable removal (with armor or without armor) of all sizes (Area in and around sports complex)

Hiring of articulator for the street light fittings cleaning job. (Hydra with cage is also acceptable)

1.5 Tone Hydra for lifting Panel / Cable Drum etc.

Design, Supply and installation of driver for LED borage street light fittings. LED drivers shall be with output of 30W, 30-36V, 0.9 A and input voltage 80-260V, 50 Hz. Installation shall be done by replacing dysfunctional LED drivers. LED driver shall be with proper wires and connectors. Surge protection shall be minimum 5 KVA.

Design, Supply and installation of driver for LED borage light fittings. LED driver shall be with output of 20W, 30-36V, 0.45A and input voltage 80-260V, 50 Hz. Installation shall be done by replacing dysfunctional LED drivers. LED driver shall be with proper wires and connectors. Surge protection shall be minimum 5 KVA.

Supplying of class C GI pipe of diameter 40 to 50 mm and fabricating street light poles of height 10ft to 14 ft + 3ft (below the ground). Same shall be suitably bended for aesthetic look depending on site condition and requirement (if directed). If required, welding of cross Pattie of suitable size for fixing flood light fitting shall also be done.

Installation of street light poles fabricated as mentioned above. Installation shall be carried out by keeping at least 3ft of the pole below the ground level. Concreating shall be done for a minimum depth of 3 ft. For better stability a cross GI pipe / MS angle / MS channel of with a minimum length of 2 ft shall be welded

Scraping the existing paint of feeder pillar and frame completely and paint them with suitable primer / read oxide. Feeder pillar specification : Height – up to 1700 mm (without stand ), width- up to 1000 mm, depth:- up to 600 mm.

Spray painting of the feeder pillars by spray painting machine. Colour of the upper portion shall be read and lower portion shall be of black colour. Painting shall be done in two coat. Feeder pillar specification : Height – up to 1700 mm (without stand ), width- up to 1000 mm, depth:- up to 600 mm.
