Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the ground level/starting point compalete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by SSR Part-I. Note :-Punned down thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement)

Supply and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover conforming to IS:5820 with minimum average breaking load capacity 300 kgs for unreinforced covers, class HV Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour including tool and plant to Repair to HT panel having vaccum circuit breaker 11 KV rating of capacity 250/350 MVA and current reting up to 800/1250 Amprs by replacing defective / wornout parts, with the same make & capacity adjusmenet of gaps for smooth operation all as detailed below :-(i)Switch off complete HT/LT electric supply of sub station and Isolating the HT Vacuum Circuit Breaker 11 KV , 3 Phase , any capacity by disconnecting all incoming/outgoing HT cable carefully and checking the serviceability of UNSV VCB step wise such as primary insulation,scecondary insulation,complete wiring system,auxilary switches triping system,triping machanism,vaccum interupter , safety shutter, motor charging system/machanically charging spring,earthing system busbar,insulators current transformer , and other related spares such as over current and earth fault relays,meters and other control in the presence of AGE E/M complete includng cleaning of all spares properly, removing all dust and dirt particles UNSV spares parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items and refixing the same after repair and testing on full load complete all as specified and directed by EIC.calibration of HT VCB indoor type 11 KV with calibration of all protective devices or relay according to load, minor repair to wiring connector block etc all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Calibration is to be done by auth service person of OEM and state PSPCL. (ii) No Extra payment will be made after repeated calibration carried out throughout contract period.

(a) Cleaning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particals. (b) Cleaning of insulating paces of VCb by using CTC/CRC/Thinner as required and recommended. (c) Checking the acring contract gap of vaccum intrupter if gap exceeds the permissible limis, reaad just as recommeded. (d) replacing the fixed and moving contract if the thickness of contacts is not proper. (e) cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon or some unwanted particls if sisbile. (f) dismentling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arcbarrier with CTC and CRC. (g) checking/repair replacement of all electrical wiring for electrical/mannual operation including measuring IR values. (h) checking of all parts of cradles for proper alignment and grasing etc. (j) checking of all nuts/bolts, springs, levers \, latches connection etc and adjustment as required and recommended. (k) recording IR value of CT's, PTs. (l) cleaning of bus bar spout. (m) replacement of defective indicator lamps etc. (n) checking of all moving parts insulations and remove all old insulation and make new insulation of all parts of VCB with checking of proper megger unit insulation as per direction given by engg-in-charge. (o) checking of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations. Note: service will be carried out through service engineer of manufacture employee. No employee of authorised dealer shall be hired for servicing of VCB. Grommets, dust cover ring of isolator contracts clips, pin for releases prop "Y" Phase shround, over ride stop pin etc. Note: Major spare parts shall be paid separately under repective item.

Supply in replacement of resin encapsulated Vacuum bottles suitable for 11 KV VCB panel of cap 400 Amp 18 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and Labour to Repair of motorized gear charging system(small/big/segment type) incl repair of electric motor geared type and triping/closeing accessibley came rod and main road ON/OFF with 2 spring as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning including taking out old unserviceable constant voltage (CV ) battery bank ( Location at Main power house and old power house) for VCB panel with maintenance free batteries of 2 volts 70 Amps-12 Nos with battery stand and battery charger incl initial charging and complete wiring in conduits with HT panels.The charger have to alarm on fuse blowing and short circuit. all protection to charger and its meters shall be provided with rating MCB only complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

S&F including taking out old unserviceable tubing light grade' 80 mm bore galvanised iron with all fittings and fixed to poles, walls etc. with flat iron clamps/GI / bolts/nuts/washers or laid in floors/under roads complete including sealing material all as specified and directed of the following bores complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply laying and testing including taking out old unserviceable cable XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy cable ) with stranded aluminium conductor , 11000 Volts grade of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply laying and testing including taking out old unserviceable cable XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy cable ) with stranded aluminium conductor , 11000 Volts grade of size 3 core 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply laying and testing including taking out old unserviceable cable XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy cable ) with stranded aluminium conductor , 11000 Volts grade of size 3 core 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x 3.15 mm burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.25 Mtr below normal ground level connected to the copper strip 20x3 mm size by means of bolts ,nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 20x3 mm copper strip procted by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-i , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mashand medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip upto main earthing of pole complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Sch 191 Part-I all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.. (i) Main earthing lead from earth plate electrode to test point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . (ii) GI protection pipe & earthing lead beyond 7.5 metre shall be measured and paid for seperately under appropriate item of Sch A part-IV (Sec-I) . (iii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance below 10 ohms is not obtained the contrator shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department .

M&L for earthing complete with using galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to be packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using 32X6 mm GI earth strip as earth lead moulded and riveted duly welded at joints to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch/control board at another end, GI earth lead duly protected in and including 50 mm dia GI ‘medium grade’ pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe ‘medium grade’ as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in pits chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-II 2010 testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found within limit shall be redone by contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Cost of GI strip 32/6 mm and 40mm dia pipe medium grade upto 7.5 mtr shall be included in the rate quoted for this item

M & L for switch air break gang operated triple pole out door type with drop out switch fuse unit on HT 11 KV 50 cycle AC suitable for current rating upto 200 Amps mechanically operated mounted on insulators (12 insulators) and frame with operating mechanism from ground level with earth switch and including locking arrangement complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for trimming/ pruning of tree branches upto 3 meters below & both sides to obtain clearance all around the LT over head lines / HT over head lines conductor upto 3 meter from furthest conductor on pole including removing of cut branches and cleaning of site complete all as directed. Note - Gap between One Pole to another pole is considerd as one single span.

M&L in replacement of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 ( metres long) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation of poles / stays etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work finishing the cement concrete surfaces even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply errection and febrication of cross arms,bracings supports, clamp, and back plates febricated from structural steel section including nuts,bolts,washers welding,bending cold or hotdrilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for galvanised stay strand of size 7/4 mm staywire all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement for single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia 300 mm long including nuts & bolts for fixing air termination rod to pole/ pipe duly insulated by providing appropriate insulator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L test point terminal block made of steel plate of size 75x75x6 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix in replacement for aluminum strip 25x3.15mm for earthing of VCB Panel and roof conductor or down conductor or along the pole/pipe complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibere and fixing screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Insulators should be approved quality & backlite fixing tightly so that it does not fall of during winds / rains.

Supply & fix Supply and fix in replacement for GI strip 32x6mm, buried in ground or fixed to wall etc for loop earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Supply and lay including taking out old unserviceable pipe galvanized, “Medium class”, including fittings 40 mm (1½”) dia for mounting air termination rod complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply, installation, connecting electrically & commissioning including taking out old unserviceable LT feeder box , outdoor type of size 0.90x0.60x0.40 Mtr size factory fabricated made out of MS sheet of thickness 3.15 mm front and back door openable with locking arrangement mounted on angle iron legs made out of angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm , 1.5 mtr long , 1.0 mtr above ground level and 0.50 mtr embedded in PCC blocks of size 0.30x0.30x0.50 mtr -04 Nos duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete with 600 Amps rated aluminium bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire supply dully drilled holes for cable connection mounted on epoxy based post insulators and one No. MCCB 400 AMP,50 KA, 4 Pole 415 V, all as specified and direc ted by Engr-in-Charge.
