Supply and fabrication of framed Rolled sections (Fe-410 W grade 250 quality A) as in main and cross beams,colums, channels, stanchions, hip and jack rafters; purlins ,plates and angle cleats where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates fixed to concrete members or existing brick work as cills or jambs including base plate, anchor bolts complete including drilling /welding all as spd and directed

M&L preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc primer all specified.

S&F powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators ,sliding and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, beading ,gaskat for glazing/ paneling,with fittings for doors with handle ,hinges screws,sliding sections ,rollers,handle,Hinges as required complete all as specified. Note :- (i) Glazing/wiremesh shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Item shall be paid as per the weight of Aluminium section however the rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of neoprene beading glazing pins, screws, handle and other fittings etc which shall not be measured for arriving the weight.

S & F sheet glasses,frosted 4.80mm to 5MM thick glazing all with aluminum beading, glazing pin. etc, or with oil putty in square exc .5 sqm in each pane
