Supply of Answer Booklets With Bar Code on Front Page only to Mangalore University

The Bidder should have three or more experience of printing and supply of similar kind of answer books of any State/Central Government Universities and Institutions. The Bidder shall upload relevant documents for proof

The Bidder should have minimum Rs. 3 Crore Annual turnover for the last 3 years, relevant documents of Previous Financial Years Certified by the Chartered Accountant i.e. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 should be uploaded

Upload details of names and addresses of government clients to whom, Answer Booklet have been supplied by the Bidder with copies of at least 5purchase orders for work executed in the Previous Financial Years. 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

The Bidder should have to upload GSTIN, PAN details. Relevant documents of GST Returns for the Previous 3 financial years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 should be uploaded

The Bidder Must be Firm. Public or private limited Company as per Companies Act 1956 or State/Central Government Organization (self-attested copy of in Corporation must be attached along with technical bid).

The Bidder should be an ISO Company registered ISO certification ISO 9001: 2015 the document shall be uploaded

The printer should have manufacturing facility in-house. The appropriate documents and declaration shall be uploaded.

Technical Manpower details of the firm to be enclosed along with experience and qualifications

The Bidder shall upload duly filled, signed, sealed Technical Bid Formats. (Appendix-3)

The Bidder should not have been black listed by any state and Central Government department in India. Company /Firm should submit a copy of declaration any false declaration would lead to rejection of Tender. (Declaration copy certify by the notary must be attached along with Technical Bid).

The bidder should have registered office in Karnataka should enclose the relevant document

Should enclose latest GST Clearance Certificate
