Schedule 'A' Part I - B/R portion

Taking down/out loose & damaged concrete/cement plaster from soffits of ceilings, floor/roof slabs, vertical surfaces of columns, beams etc., including exposing and removing rust from the reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 100 m and depositing where directed

M&L for gunniting exposed concrete surfaces of beam, column and slabs with one layer of complast spray set modified concrete in proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 75 kg zonal sand 75 kg and complast 2% by weight of cement to the following locations :-

(a) 40 mm thick in columns

(b) 30 mm thick in beams

(c) 20 mm thick in slabs

S&F Hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia not exc. 4 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed

Bonding the entire exposed surface with one coat of SBR as per manufacturer instructions over wire fabric and surfaces of concrete structure complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessian base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled as directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L for providing 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface finished to even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the mother slab. Filling the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Apply two coats of acrylic polymer based flexible cementitious elastomeric membrane of approved make of about 1 to 1.5 mm dry film thickness over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instruction over roof slab etc and as per manufacturer's specifications. NOTE - Water proofing treatment shall be carried out through authorized applicator of manufacturer.

Demolition of brickwork or block/ boulder masonry, laid in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C-5 with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on block masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4. finished to even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on concrete solid block walls in two coats first coat of 10 mm in cement mortar 1:4 & 2nd coat of 5mm in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound finished to even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down carefully ceiling fans of size 1200 mm sweep at any height of any sweep/make/model after disconnecting electric connection and dismantling and opening the body of ceiling fan and examine for repairs including servicing, overhauling, greasing etc and cleaning the complete body both internal & external parts with cleaning agent and renewal of minor spare parts such as split pins, cater pins, coupling bolt, capacitor holder, terminal adoptor, screws, nuts, spring washers for blade/body etc and replacement of accessories such as ball bearings, gun metal bushes, capacitor, canopy top& bottom, shackle clip assembly and assembling of all parts and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint by using electric spray machine similar to match with existing colour, including hanging and fixing back in existing location and connecting of electrical connections and testing for its satisfactory performance after renovation of bldg complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- After taking down fan will be in contractor custody to keep in safe condition.)

All as per Item No. 104 above, but exhaust fan of size up to 300 mm and 380 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs energy efficient surface mounted LED luminaire 20 watts , with acrylic cover complete with all accessories including necessary two core copper wire for connection from ceiling rose to connector of approximate length 0.5 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs recess mounting high lumen LED flat panel 2'X2' 40 Watt, white powder coated CRCA housing with high power LEDs , aluminium front frame with flat white high transmission acrylic cover, internally prewired, 230V,complete with all accessories such as electronic driver, LED strip, connector block etc and necessary fixing arrangement at any height and removing old unserviceable item complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Energy efficient surface Mounted LED Luminire10 watts 2' long, with acrylic cover complete with all accessories including necessary two core copper wire for connection from ceiling rose to connector of approx length 0.5 m complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs energy efficient LED building security light luminaire 72 watts capacity comprises a die cast aluminium housing including connections with two runs of 2.5 sqmm aluminium unsheathed wire multi stranded from LT over head line / junction box to the connector of fitting (connection wires shall not less than 2.5m in length duly run through GI bracket) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Street light bracket made out of GI tubing 32/40 mm dia, light grade bend to shape suitable for security light fitting with necessary MS clamps with one coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint including nut, bolt, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully the existing window type AC 1.5/2.0 TR capacity from its position, keep in safe custody and refixing in serviceable condition after renovation of bldg including necessary gas filling complete all as specified and as directed.. (Note :- After taking down ACs will be in contractor custody to keep in safe condition)

Dismantling carefully the existing split type AC (indoor & outdoor unit) 1.5/2.0 TR capacity from its position, keep in safe custody and refixing with new bracket and in serviceable condition after renovation of bldg, including gas filling complete all as directed. (Note :- After taking down will be in contractor custody to keep in safe condition)

Taking down old unserviceable cable of any core and any size from any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core all as specified and as directed Note:Excavation, PCC cable cover and Sand for cushioning shall be measured and paid separately

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth getting out soft/disintegrated rock and levelling of bottom surface to required level for laying of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 m away and depositing where directed not exceeding 1.5 m from starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated material complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying in trenches clear sand for cushioning under ground cable 8cm below and 15 cm above complete in level complete all as specified and as directed Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV, type I, flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm in trenches to protect under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed

S& F GI pipe light grade of 80 mm bore ISI marked including all fittings on wall or laid in floors as required positionor GI tubing 80 mm dia light grade for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed
