Providing and installing Testing & Commissioning of One No. Electrically driven Submersible Pumping set of reputed make capable of delivering 226 LPM against a head of 87 mtr (10 BHP) along with including M.S. Column Pipe of suitable size 80mm i/d =60 mtr (in 3 mtr lengths each with flanges, screwed and welded on both sides) rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts submersible cable (reputed make) complete in all respect as per standard Specifications. Including cost of submersible cable 4mm2 = 120 mtr.

Providing & Fixing Electric Panel Board (ISI marked) Consisting of electric appliances such as Automatic star Delta Push Button with oil immersed starter, Main switch, VM ampere Meter, E LCB, shunt capacitor, single phase Preconter, including lamps, Kit-kat etc. Complete in all respect.

Repair of Pump Chamber

White washing scraping inside of Pump Chamber.

Scraping of snowcem robbiacem etc.

White washing 2 coat inside of Pump Chamber.

Finsing Wall with exiterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem robbiacem etc. on new work in two coats to give even shade.

Applying Pink Primer or-aluminium priming coat including preparation of surface With special quality paint.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint in all shades on old wood work With special quality paint.

Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of Paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. Inside pump Chamber.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved manufacture two coats over one priming coat to give an even shade.

Applying priming coat with methal primer on new steel or iron work incluing preparation of surface and Painting two coats with ready mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on steel or iron work with special quality paint.

Supplying & fixing glass panes including special metal sash putty of approved make.

Repair of terracing consisting of tiles 22.86cmx11.43cmx3.83cm laid of RCC slab.

Hollock wood doors shutter windows including Hinges, Screws, Chocks Cleats, Stops and Cords etc. complete fixed in position (double Leaf) @ Paneled glazed or glazed and paneled.

Repair of OHSR

P/F OHSR Jali complete in all respects.

Repair of wall leakage including scraping & plastering complete in all respects.

Painting of OHSR pipes including cost of labour & material complete in all respects.

Painting of OHSR stair case railing and pickets including cost of labour & material complete in all respects.

Repair of MS Ladder complete in all respects.

Providing & fixing aluminium ladder inside the tank.

Providing & fixing earthing and lighting conductor for OHSR.

Construction of brick masonry over flow houdi of size 1.20 x 1.20 x 1.20 m for OHSR complete in all respects as per analysis A-21.

Repair of Stair Case, Braces including scraping & plastering complete in all respects.

Cement concrete 1:8:16 with 40 mm gauge stone aggregate to be used instead of brick ballast for plinth.

Repair of Water Works

Providing & fixing G.I. Barbed wire 3 ply fencing around the head works site in three rows complete in all respects including cost of winding wire & aluminum painting complete in all respects.

Providing & fixing angle iron pickets with angle 40mm x40mm x 6mm including cost of concrete block & painting complete in all respects as per standard Drawing D-8 & (as per Analysis A-6).

Repair of brick masonry corner pillar including cost of cement pointing including cost of material complete in all respects.

Repair of Foot Path with masonry toe wall & earth filling inside water works as per standard Drawing D-10.

Iron work paint Main Gate of w/w = 3.34 sqm Pickets = 5 x 0.22 = 1.10 sqm Total = 4.44 sqm

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem an new work in two coats of main gate piller & corner piller.

Providing, installing, testing & commissioning one no. Electrically actuated, diaphragm operated, Metering system, chemical dosing Chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 0.6 litres of bleching powder solution/ sodium hypo solution per hour under maximum delivering pressure upto 7 kgcm^2 and suction lift not less than 1.5m as per DWSS standard Specification.

Repair and minor Replacement of existing pipe line

Provision for making new connection with exit pipe line as per analysis A-20 complete in all respects.

Hand boring Horizontally for crossing of pipe under road or any other obstacle by using Auger/Bocki method. Including excavation, stringing and jointing of pipe upto 160 mm complete.

Automated water controller switch to start or stop the pump based on water reservoir level complete in all respects.

Improvement in exisitng connections

Repair of old house connections complete in all respects.

Component -2

Providing proposed water connection on existing pipe line to house hold up to wall with providing, laying jointing, testing G.I pipe lines 15mm i/d=2.50 mtr (as per CSR 28.36 (a)) & MDPE pipe 15mm i/d = 2 mtr including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc. cutting, threading, and testing in trenches in the ground and ISI marked 15mm i/d GM ferrule as per IS: 2692 and 3'' i/d clamp with c.i. bib cock 15mm i/d as per IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approvel make as per CSR 30.65 (b) complete.

Providing, Laying, fixing & jointing of PVC Pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing including excavation & back filling complete as per specifications for more than 3 mtr street width included excavation.
