Schedule 'A' Section - I

Supply Install, connecting and commissioning and testing of Servo controlled voltage stabilizer of capacity 750 kVA (Confirming as per BIS: 9815: Part 1: 1994 reaffirmed 2009) 3-phase,4 wire 50Hz, with Naturally Oil Cooled, Indoor, Unbalanced Type, insulation A class type, Pure Electrolyte Copper Wound only, Digital Display Type, Relay Free Smooth, with Over load/short circuit protection,High & Low voltage cut off, By pass arrangements, single phase preventor and Silent Operation with 1st filling of Transformer oil (IS335: 1993 reaffirmed 2005) qty of oil should not less than 1200 Ltr of having following specification: (1) Incoming - ACB 1250 Amps, 415 Volts ( ii) By pass arrangement - Change over 1250 Amps, 415 V. (2) Input voltage 370V- 480V ( 3 phase) , 214 V - 278 V ( 1 phase) or as per ground requirements. (3) Output voltage stabilized at any designed/desired voltage 415V ± 1% (Adjustable in 3 phase) / 240 V ± 1% (Adjustable in 1 phase). (4) Rated frequency 50 Hz (5) No distortion in wave form. (6) Response time not to exceed 10 mille seconds. (7) Sensitivity (±)1% (8) Rate of correction 8 Volt/second for single phase and 20 Volt/second for phase to phase (9) No load losses less than 0.5% (10) Full load losses less than 2.5% (11) Duty cycle - continuous 24 x 7 (12) Efficiency more than 95% (13) Type of load: 3 phase, unbalanced type (14) Digital display Voltmeter/Ampmeter. (15) No load losses - Less than 1% (16) Full load losses - Less than 3% (17) CRGO Core - M4 Grade NOTE:- Testing of Servo voltage stabilizer shall be carried out at the manufacture's work shop in presence of Representative of Accepting Officer and test results shall be signed by both Contractor and inspecting officer before dispatch of Servo Voltage Stabilizer to the work site for installation and copies of the test certificates shall be furnished to the Department . The Contractor shall at his own expense provide all facilities for testing including equipment .

Note for Srl Item No. 1.00 :- 1. Over load/Short circuit protections 2. High/Low voltage cut off 3. By pass arrangement in case of emergency - Change over 1250 Amps should be provided 4. Single phase sequence change protection 5. CT of desired qty and capacity should be provided 6. PCC work for installation of voltage stablizer shall be deemed in quoted rate.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured, 1.1KV grade using stranded conductor aluminium of size 630 Sqmm 3.5 core confirming to IS specification complete incl fixing with aluminum lugs complete all as specified and directed. ( Cable should be laid in existing trench)
