Refurbishing Physical Health Infrastructure for CHC Borigumma under Ama Hospital-Buildings

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing close graded Granular Sub-base Grading -II materials as per table 400.1 spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018.

Dismantling brick or stone masonary below 3.00m height in lime or cement including stacking & useful materials and the removing debries within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and removing RCC Column, Beams, Slab, Stair Case, landing, Lintel including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris with all leads and lifts from the work site including cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and removing old tile dados and skriting from wall including racking out joints 12mm deep including stacking the useful material for reuse and removing debris from work site including cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
