Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings or PVC sheet in roof including ridges, sunshades or any position etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern roof covering from sunshades etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating AZ-150 GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in sunshades ,roof covering, cladding to wall etc fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating AZ-150 GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall and as in ridge etc fixed with self-tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for including grills, door, truss, gate, rafters, purlins etc

Dismantling timber scantlings 40sqcm and over in section, in any position as in wooden trusses in framed work of any description.

S&F mild steel work in tubular trusses (framed) /rectangular hollow section/ steel angles, purlines and fastening including distance pieces etc. including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only `Liquid Water Proofing Compound complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 as on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali-resistance Primer without any brush marks on the surface in any colour including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required ,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of wall and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint Apex ultima (Weather coat) having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm (weather proof/weather coat) over and including 1.5mm thick wall care putty without any brush marks on the surface in any colour over including necessary scaffolding up to three storeys height of bldgs,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered internally surfaces of wall one coats of distemper oil emulsion finished without any brush marks on the surface in any colour including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required ,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in,sub base, sub floor etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Finishing surfaces of concrete to be even and rough to receive the topping layer or floor tiles etc.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving 75mm thick laid in slope finished even and fair including making joints at every 2.5 m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, in cover slabs( for manholes etc.) chulla hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings & similar work; not exc. 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) Rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortor description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (pure black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs pillars, window cills ,cooking platform and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade or granite over including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The stone slab shall be in one piece over kitchen plateform,window cill and making gas pipe holes 25mm dia with rounded holes and all open edges to be half rounded.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar ( 1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar 18-20mm thick over cement cement backing and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing and polishing complete including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar ( 1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for grinding and polishing to old kota stone flooring to obtain mirror finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L non-abrasive paving rectified cement concrete coloured tile of size 300mm x300mm x10mm thick machine pressed set ,jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry 3 Kg/Sqm as in floor mixed with pigments to match the colour as in pavements laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 to match, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The texture, colour, shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed in kerb/coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of peg set of 4, brass chromium plated, fancy type, superior quality and fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of stainless steel curtain rod 20 mm dia, 1mm thick with SS bracket and SS domes at end, heavy duty,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or grith and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down metal rolling shutters with gear box operating system including painting two coat synthetic enamal paint over existing/ new surfaces with carried out following repairs including greasing, repair to old gear box, lubricant to guide rail and gear box including straightening of any strip, hood cover, guide rail and made the shutter functional, complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Any item which will requred to replace while repairing shall be measured & paid under Item No 127 (a) to (e).

(a) Replacement of defective steel strip of certain made out of 1.20 mm cold rolled steel strips complete

(b) Replacing of old tension spring with the new tension spring in the same position and of same size

(c) Replacement of defective bevel gear box in to new bevel gear box and crank handle to rolling shutter of maximum size 45 Sqm

(d) Replacement of Worm gear wheels (high grade cast iron) of suitable size.

(e) Replacement of guide channel of 75mm depth with suitable dowel book for embedding in wall as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for repair or tightening of loose Aluminium doors/windows, changing old damaged rubber beadings and cleaning/repairing of floor spring/hydraulic door closer etc, complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of tempered/toughened wired glass 5 to 5.5mm thick shatterproof conforming to IS 5437 in square exc 0.5 sqm in each pane and fixing with glazing clip/oil putty/beading etc. including necessary scaffolding upto four storeys height of bldgs if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 1,24,630.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
