Servicing/Repair /Rectification of MIV Problem of RBK-1 Unit at Bhadra Generating Station

Servicing, Overhauling and Testing of MIV servo motor Dismantling of RBK-1 MIV servo motor and connected Pipelines,Make arrangements for scaffolding if necessary,Replacement of piston seal (upper side & down side), shaft seal (top side), cylinder case O rings (upper case and lower case),Servicing,Overhauling and testing of MIV servo motor (includes replacement of accessories like Seals, piston head, piston rod, fasteners, gaskets, O rings brackets &etc),Machining, honing and plating polishing of servo motor cylinder & shaft if required,Machining of Servomotor Shaft if required,Machining of Piston of Servomotor if required,Assembling of both the servo motors, after completion of servicing and overhauling,Operation of serviced/overhauled MIV servomotor in front of KPCL Engineers in-charge, Locking of BFV before dismantling of servo motor and unlocking after completion of work as a safety measure,Transportation charges if required.Replacement of Trunnion seal of Main Inlet Valve at counter weight side.Making required plat form for dismantling work of trunion seal,Dismantling of MIV counter weight and other related parts to replace Trunion Seal,Disconnecting MIV Servomotor assembly and other related parts from MIV to replace Trunnion Seal,Removing and inspection of old Trunion seals,Replacing old Trunion Seals by new one,Applying of metal putty for shaft, if required only,Testing for any water leakages near MIV, if there is no leakage then go for final assembly.Re-Assembling of Dismantled parts and assemblies,Supply of one set Trunion seal on servo motor side,Testing & Commissioning,Removing of any platform made for dismantling works.
