Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier hole etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm depth in soils, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In–Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance exc 1.50Km but n exc 5 km and complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In–Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position and in any location complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 in any location, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 5 here-in-before but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on any surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbibg down with water etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick /concrete surfces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement & with/without WPC, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- WPC will be paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plaster surface applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of 150 mm bore SGSW/NP2 drain pipes including PCC haunching and bedding jointed in cement mortar and taking out including removal, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of 200 mm bore SGSW/NP2 drain pipes including PCC haunching and bedding jointed in cement mortar and taking out including removal, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes for 150mm bore pipe including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested(Thickness & width as per SSR) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes for 200mm bore pipe including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested(Thickness & width as per SSR) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 150mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 200mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of lime concrete / lean concrete /Brick bats etc. from sunken slab portion exc. 15 cm thick but above ground floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. including removal of demolished material from MD land debrish away from site to a disignated point by local administration or a distance up to 1.5 km from site complete all as specified.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in flooring laid in slope complete all as specified .

M&L lean concrete type E-2 (1:5:10) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sunken portion complete all as specified.

M&L for 40mm GI medium grade Spout pipe for sunken work complete all as specified.

M&L for providing water proofing tratment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc. by applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of as specified in Technical Instruction 5/2003 by adding: (a) 15mm thick plaster (1:4) cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement on floor and wall / beam , finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. The surface shall then be cured and allwed to dry. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately). (b) First layer of slurry of cement @0.5 kg/Square Metre mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.25 kg/Square Metre. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @0.25 kg/Square Metre mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.15 kg/Square Metre. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : Floor area of the sunken slab shall be measured only. Make of Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious compound - Fosroc ( Brushbond) /Sika (Sikatop-100)/Pidilite

S&F in repair 100 mm cast iron soil waste and vent pipe in any length with or without ears jointed with cement mortar (1:3) fixed to wall , laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified .

Note: Test certificate of the company to be provided by the contractor.

M&L for Ist quality Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Square Metre but not exceeding 0.18 Square Metre, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15 thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) below or above ground level n exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning & maintenance of solid/liquid mud/any type of solid content including mud, brick bats, empty containers of any type, rags, polythene or any similar items deposited in underground sewage lines of any dia at any depth upto 2.5 metres including manholes/inspection chambers of any size and any depth, manualy in Sector 28, 31 & 47 area, under 3BRD AF Station Chandigarh. Bottom surface of manholes/inspection chambers & sewage lines should be visible after cleaning process. Sludge/sludge water/any type of waste recovered from sewage lines/manholes/inspection chambers shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside Ministry of defence land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning & maintenance of solid/liquid mud/any type of solid content including mud, brick bats, empty containers of any type, rags, polythene or any similar items deposited in underground sewage lines of any dia at any depth upto 2.5 metres including manholes/inspection chambers of any size and any depth, using SUPER SUCTION MACHINE TRUCK MOUNTED HAVING SUCTION CAPACITY 1000 TO 4000 Cubic Metre/HRS, JETTING PUMP WITH WORKING PRESSURE AT LEAST 120 BAR having facilities of high pressure water thermoplastic fiber braided water jetting hose and through conical/round shape nozzler pipe in Sector 28, 31 & 47 area, under 3BRD AF Station Chandigarh. Tractor mounted mechanical cleaning will not be accepted. Bottom surface of manholes/inspection chambers & sewage lines should be visible after cleaning process. Sludge/sludge water/any type of waste recovered from sewage lines/manholes/inspection chambers shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside Ministry of defence land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Lines once cleared will be maintained through out the period of the contract for free flow. If there is any blockage during the period of the contract, the same will be cleared without any extra cost by the contractor. (v) In case of any blockage is observed/found in any cleared line through super suction machine during the time period of contract and it becomes necessary to clear the sewage line again, the same shall be cleared through machine by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. The line shall be cleared by the contractor within 48hrs after intimation to the contractor. The rate quoted by the contractor against item shall be deemed to be inclusive of clearance of line twice or more time as required during the whole contract period.

Cutting of bushes /peepal small tree protuding over wall survace/Roof surface/terrace of building of height upto up to 10.0 metre including necessary scaffolding and necessary safety measure if required and make good the surface in cement mortar (1:3) and applying one coat of anti growth of vegitation chemical as directed by Engr-in-Charge and removing of unserviceable material out side MD land and cleaning site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of precast cement concrete louvres and jallies from shaft portions, any thickness up to height 10 metre ,including necessary scafolding/form work etc, complete removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Amount of credit of Rs. 34675.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
