Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing, removing serviceable tiles).

M&L for 25mm thk PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floors & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, all as specified and directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 etc.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for 100mm thk cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring/hard standing as specified

M&L for 25 mm thick sand cushing for laying of precast concrete interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete.

M&L for 75mm thk cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring/hard standing as specified

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade using grey cement and no pigment of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658 - 2006, complete. Note :- Pattern of tiles to be Rubber moulded or equivalent as approved by GE.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets

S & F Anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605x605mm frame work for false ceiling all as specified

M& L for providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick for ceiling as per manufacturers instructions, all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement morter 1:4 on fair face of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on wall and concrete surfaces in cement mortor 1:6 ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not othervise provided for

S &F Framed work of Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.

S & F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections of Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. Within 20mm of the length indicated)

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer primer

S&F in repair 500 ltrs capacity white colour three layer rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (Cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in postion including dismantling of existing tank, all as specified in SSR Part-I.

M& L for Providing precast ce- ment concrete Type C1 (1:3:6) by using 20mm graded aggregate in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with ma?sonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete with joints to match

S & F in repair Brass type 4 lever Mortice lock, vertical type, size 100 mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F steel rolling shutters with thickness of laths 1.25mm , with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, an choring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle including taking down of existing rolling shutter and re-fixing only.

M & L Welding in repairs exc 2.5cm but n exc 5cm in length of metal exceeding 6mm but not exceeding 9mm thickness
