Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking Paving blocks of M50 grade manufactured by block making machine equipped with steel mould clamped to a strong vibratory table with hydraulic pressure for compaction of concrete as per IRC SP 63 -2014 and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey Colour and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering)

Cautionary sign board 600x600x600mm triangular as per IRC 67- 2012 with high intensity Microprismatic grade retro reflective Sheeting as per ASTM D 4956 – 09 and as per IRC 67 – 2012. fixed over 3mm thick aluminium Composite material (ACM) sheeting having aluminium skin thickness of 0.25 to 0.3 mm on both sided and fixing the same with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets @ 200 mm c/c to back support frame of 25x25x3mm angle iron supported on a square hollow steel section post 60x60x3.2mmmm conforming to IS 4923 without cost of definition plate firmly fixed to ground in foundation concrete M-25 of size 0.45x0.45x0.60m for vertical post complete as per clause 801 of MORT&H specifications. Providing and fixing of Standard Metal Delineator as per IRC 79:2019 consisting of retro reflective area in white color using full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67 2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 Type XI table specification. The delineator shall be painted with only black color powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness, on top of which retro reflective sheeting only in white colour shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground, width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300mm below the ground while being installed. The delineator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof. The delineator is meant for application on gaps in median, traffic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc. or as desired by site engineer.

Patch Work with Bituminous Macadam 50mm to 75mm thickness (Grading II) (a) Providing and laying patch work with bituminous macadam 50mm to 75mm thick using crushedstone aggregates of specified grading premixedwith bituminous binder VG-30 @ 3.4% in Continuous type hot mix plant, carriage of mixed material to site of work, laid after trimming the pot hole, removal of failed material, laying by suitable means and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller to match the adjoining surface complete as per technical clause 504 of MORT&H specifications

Prime Coat @ 0.85kg per sqm Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg/sqm complete as per technical clause 502 of MORT&H specifications.

Tack Coat @ 0.25kg per sqm (a)Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface/granular surface treated with prime coat after cleaning the surface complete as per technical clause 503 of MORT&H specifications

Patch work with Open - Graded Premix Surfacing 20 mm thickness(a)Providing and laying patch work with Open-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness consisting of crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed in a Continuous type hot mix plant with bituminous binder VG-10 @ 1.46 kg per sqm, laid with paver and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades complete as per technical clauses 510 of MORTH&H specifications.

Patch work Seal Coat Type BProviding and laying of premix sand seal coat for patch work premixed in Continuous type Hot mix Plant using specified fine aggregates and penetration grade bitumen VG-10 @ .68kg per sqm, carriage of mixed material to site of work, laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall complete as per technical clauses 511 of MORT&H specifications

Wet Mix MacadamProviding, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical clause 406 of MORT&H specifications.

Wrought iron & Mild steel ladders, framed grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars riveted or molded forged framed window guards, barred iron doors stair case iron railing etc. including cost of bolts and nuts, screws, welding rod complete fixing in position.
