Excavation by mechanical means (JCV) or Hydraulic excavator ) in trenches for pipe line with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including trimming and drsessing sides, levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling; consolidation and watering including the cost of dewatering of rain water, diversion for traffic, night signals, providing & fixing caution boards, corrsing over trenches for access to the houses watching, fencing etc and removed of surplus soil out side/inside the town involving lead upto 15 meter complete in all respects. a) Earth work upto 1.5 mtr depth for In all classes of soil except rocky.

Providing, Laying , fixing & jointing of P.V.C. Pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing complete as per specifications... vi) 200mm o/d pipe of 10 Kgf. / sqcm

Providing & fixing CI/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts slucie valves ISI marked, 14846-2000, including jointing, testing & cost of Nut, bolt & insertion sheet all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer-in-charge). A) Class PN 1.0 - As per ISI (a) 80mm i/d Slucie valve flanged

Providing and laying, Jointing, Fixing, testing ISI marked G.I. Pipe (as per IS 1239) B-Class, including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets elbow etc., cutting threading and testing in trenches in the ground complete.

Construction of masonry sluice valve chamber excluding Sluice valve cover as per standard design & drawings of public health department. b) size 0.90 m x 0.90 m

Boring with casing pipe for tubewell in all soils except ordinary hard rocks requiring blasting including removing the casing pipe after the tubewell is lowered & tested, equipment as required such as hand boring machine and its accessory,transportation to site and vice versa etc. complete in all respect. Supplying, lowering of MS Pipe as per IS: 4270-2001 including MS sockets having dimensions as per IS code duly welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe into tubewell bore. (c) 200 mm nominal diameter (weight 33.6 kg per meter) 6.4 mm thickness

Supplying, fixing lowering of Stainless Steel Cage type wire wound screen as per IS: 8110-2000 or latest with ISI marked Duly welded with suitable grade S.S welding electrode to lower the strainer into tubewell bore. (i) 200 mm steel stainer (slot size 0.15mm) 6.30 mm thickness

Supplying, Lowering & fixing of M.S. special socket to connect S.S. Strainer to M.S. Pipe duly welded with suitable grade welding electrode complete in all respect. (c) 200 mm internal diameter

Providing & fixing Aluminium Ladder inside the tank should consist of 60 cm wide ladder make from aluminium section LS 974 size, 66.68 x 31.75 x 4mm, weight 1.27 kg/mtr with steps made out of aluminium section H, SP 3024 Size 35 x 16.70 x 1.60 mm, weight 0.362 kg/mtr to be fixed one side in the top dome and other side in the bottom dome including liffiting from ground to vessel of the OHSR 150 Cum capacity etc.
