Trimming of Tree branches all around the building and disposing the cutted branches without damaging existing roof, wall etc., to a lead exceeding 1 km from the site and dumping the same including clearing the cutted site from any cutted branch/ tree debris. The cost also includes use of safety aspects required at site.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil for a width of 3 m from the shop wall to remove all the earth on the wall portion to ensure the full painting of the wall including spreading and levelling the excavated earth in the nearny sorrounding low lying areas

Hacking out plastering 15 cm vide on either side of the crack cutting of 6mm 'V' groove by inserting chicken mesh in the gaps of wall and applying pressure grouting the cracks with PU filler material of reputed companies such as Master Builder solution, Fosroc, Alchemica, Dr Fixit, or equivalent make and finishing to the original shape as directed. The Crack filling shall be carried out as per the OEM specifcations specified by the OEM and the material to be used shall be of freshly manufactured having a miminum life span of six months when brought ot site.

Taking down plastering on cement or cement lime plaster any description as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete structure of any description.

Supply and fixing of Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 0.91mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples size of mesh will be 12mm.

M & L for Dubbing in CM 1:6. 10mm thick on faces of old brick work and concrete surfaces.

Material and labour for plastering in cm 1:4 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work and cement concrete surfaces.

Material and labour for plastering in cm 1:3 for 12 mm thick on fair faces of cement concrete ceiling surfaces.

Forming jambs using CM 1:4 to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting,toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work, complete.

Material and labour for Providing, cement concrete Type B 0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in lintels, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Material and labour for Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edge including fair flat finished surface.

M & L for Brick work built in CM.1:6 using Sub-Class “B” Bricks.

Supply and fixing of TMT MS Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spiraling for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS Wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Complete removal of existing any type of treatment ( White wash / OBD /Cement paint / Synthetic enamel paint/ Aluminium paint/ polish) from walls surface till the complete exposure of old plastering surfaces are exposed. The contractor shall only use mechanized equipment while complete removal inside the office room and shop walls. The dust enamating while complete removal shall be cleaned on daily basis so that no hindarence to production shall happen in shop floor and office area. The surface shall be fully scrubbed to have a uniform and levelled surfaces, The safety equipments requirements for the worker working shall be the responsiblity of the contractor.The rate is inclusive of covering of all the equipments in the office floor to protect from the dust particles using new taurpaulin sheets wherever required.

Material and labour for applying one coat of wall primer for exterior / Interior as required at site all complete Including preparation of complete removal surfaces and new putty surfaces. The primer to be used shall be seperate for the interior walls and exterior walls. The primer to be used will depend on the recommendation by the manufacturer for the type of interior emulsion and exterior emulsion to be used as specified in the item No: 20 and 24 The paint to be used shall be of Asian paints, Berger paints, Nerolac paints or suitably equivalent. The brands shall be got approved by EIC.

M & L for applying 3mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces the putty to be applied in layers as recommended by the manufacturer and aslo as per the SSR part - 1 specifcations all as specified and directed by EIC. The putty to be used shall be of Asian paints ( Truecare wall putty ), Berger paints (Bison wall putty). Nerolac paints (Nerolac cement putty), Birla wall care putty, JK wall putty or suitably equivalent.

M& L for applying two coats of white washing on ceilings surfaces including preparation of old ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion on internal wall surfaces including preparaition of old wall surfaces complete all as directed. The interior Emulsion shall be of premium interior emulsion manufacurured by reputed companies such as Asian paints (premium emulsion or apcolite suprema premium Emulsion) , Berger paints (Rangoli) Nerolac paints (Beauty Gold) or suitably equivalent. The brands shall be got approved by EIC.

Material and Labour for painting of steel surfaces with two coats of synethic enamel paint inculding preparation of old steel painted surfaces. The paint to be used shall be of Asian paints, Berger paints, Nerolac paints or suitably equivalent. The brands shall be got approved by EIC

Material and Labour for painting of wooden surfaces with two coats of synethic enamel paint inculding preparation of old wooden surfaces The paint to be used shall be of Asian paints, Berger paints, Nerolac paints or suitably equivalent. The brands shall be got approved by EIC.

M & L for french polishing one or more coat on old surfaces of any description , width or girth including cleaning and preparing the old polshed surface to receive the new coats.The Material to be used shall be of Asian paints, Berger paints, Nerolac paints or suitably equivalent. The brands shall be got approved by EIC

Material and labour for applying two coats of exterior emulsion on external wall surfaces all complete Including preparation of old untreated surfaces. The Exterior emulsion to be used shall be of Asian paints (Apex Ultima supreme or Apex ultima) Berger paints (weather coat all guard) Nerolac paints (Excel total) or suitably equivalent. The brands shall be got approved by EIC The Contractor shall give the guarantee as specified by the paint companies for their above exterior emulsion product.

Material and labour for painting surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, on structural steel surfaces like purlin trusses, open gantry girders and stanchions etc., with one coat of aluminium paint including prepartation of old surfaces as specified and as directed. Protective measure (As per MES Part-I spec point 15.10.3) Surfaces of doors, windows, floors, articles of furniture, machineries etc., and such other parts of the building not to be treated shall be protected by using new taurpaulin sheets to avoid the paint drops , dust on the machines and shop floor from being splashed upon. Such surfaces shall be cleaned of splashes of white wash, colour wash, distemper, aluminium/synthetic enamel paint etc. The contractor shall be responsible for any damage to the fittings, fixture and furniture etc., The paint to be used shall be of Asian paints, Berger paints, Nerolac paints or suitably equivalent. The brands shall be got approved by EIC

Supply of articulating hydraulic boom lift which can reach up to the height of 15 to 25 metres height self moving type including necessary diesel for operating the articulated boom lift including a operator who will operate the articulated boom lift.The boomlift shall be used only for ensuring safety aspects at site like tying of net ,tying of life line, boom lift timings hour shall be counted from srart of the safety related work at site to completion of the safety related work for a particular day.

Repairing of existing steel windows shutter of any size and any no of shutters which are hanging from position by cutting the old ones and refabricating the hinges to suit the existing frame including repairing of window frame / sash bars if any required

Material and labour for painting two coats of White Emulsion paint on old false ceiling board by removing all the board from the position without disturbing any of the Aluminium section and stacking neatly, cleaning the board from dust and painting two coats of white permium emulsion after giving recommended interval for curing as suggested by the Manufacturer and allowing to dry completely and refixing the boards tot he false ceiling and securing as required.

Material and labour for painting two coats of White Synthetic enamel paint on old false ceiling board by removing all the board from the position without disturbing any of the Aluminium section and stacking neatly, cleaning the board from dust and painting two coats of white permium emulsion after giving recommended interval for curing as suggested by the Manufacturer and allowing to dry completely and refixing the boards tot he false ceiling and securing as required.

Supply and fixing of structural mild steel such as ISA MS plates of Fe 410 W (grade E 250) - A Quality of any size for the damaged door welding and making good

Material and labour for painting red oxide primer / zinc chromate primer on new / old steel surfaces including preparaiton of new steel surfaces not exceeding 10CM in width or girth. The paint to be used shall be of Asian paints, Berger paints, Nerolac paints or suitably equivalent. The brands shall be got approved by EIC

Supply and fixing sheet glass ordinary quality of 4.00mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square not exc. 0.5 Sq.m in each pane including removal of damaged glass from position and refixing the aluminium clamps / beading, the rate is inclusive of replacement of damaged aluminum beading if any and making good.

Supply and fixing of rough cast wired glass 6.4 mm thick and glazing with oil putty by removing the aluminium beading and refixing after the fixing of new glass in square not exc 0.5 Sq.m in each pane .

Material and labour for one coat of damp block paint on wall surfaces to arrest dampness on the wall srfaces after preparing the old wall surfaces. The paint to be used shall be of Asian paints , Berger paints, Nerolac paints or suitably equivalent. The brands shall be got approved by EIC.

Removal of demolished debris / rocks to a lead exceeding 1.50 km but not exceeding 5 km and depositing where directed.

Material and labour for Writing letters/stencil writing (Building Nos) or letters, Figures (of any type and not exceeding 30 cm high with fluorescent paint complete all as directed by EIC.The Contractor shall note down all the letters before painting and shall rewrite the same in the old locations.
