Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing the rubbish outside the MOD land.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position including any type of rooftreatment , PCC padding, lime concrete etc, complete all as spd and directed. Note: All demolished material / debries will be disposed off out side the Airforce station Nal with out any extra cost to the govt.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall for inserting APP membrane and other works size of grooves 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shapping horizontal face of grooves and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 all as specifie and directed

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0,(using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, on junction of parapet, coping etc cement concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and directed.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and including brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg/Sqm in roofs,

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof paddding, mass concrete finishing as required gradient cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20 mm thick pre-cast cement concrete tiles 1:2:4 type B0(using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) set jointed and pointed in Cm 1:3 over 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minium weight 3 Kg/Sqm and minium 3 mm thick, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) laid by torch forced application over a priming coat using bituminious primer @ 0.40litre/ sqm complete all as specied and direct.

M&L 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound pidi proof LW @ 200ml per 50Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions on concrete surface of roof and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for Flush pointing to brick floors in CM 1:3 including racking out joints with using WPC as per manufactures instruction Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in floors, 75mm thick as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing & connections including clearing for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking up or down 20 mm dia steel tubing & connections including clearing for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F 15mm bore of tube medium grade galvanized with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed .

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt from RCC / PVC tank capacity of tanks exc. 250 ltrs and up to 500 ltrs by emptying, drying, cleaning with chlorine/washing powder by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from tank by removing inlet and outlet pipe and refixing inlet and outlet pipe with new tank connection fitting in the same position after cleaning and marking the date of cleaning on the tank with paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- "Writing "CLEANED ON DD/MM/YY" on service water tank with letters or figures (Block. Roman) of size 5 cm high and min 5cm wide each. Note:- Water tank shall be cleaned after an interval of every six months
