Demolition of RCC of any description, in any position roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, RCC overhead tank and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material /demolition material exc. 1.50 km but n exc.5 km complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L brick work using sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 40mm thick flooring in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished even and smoth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces over 3mm thick setting coat trowelled to even and smooth in CM 1:2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs fancy type chromium plated Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- seiko Prayag/Zim/Paiko.

Taking down rain water pipe (any size) or pattern incl all fittings, head shoes, bends swan necks etc incl cleaning or re-fixing or removal to store(measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, of 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 40 mm thick ( average thickness ) plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), as in roof ,padding to maintain the uniform slope complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - WPC shall be measured & Paid for separately.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1: 6 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted (colour and shade as per new colour scheme approved by GE) over a coat of primer of same make including scaffolding for four storey building complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter exc 1.5 sqm and nexc 2.00 sqm each but without taking off shutters from the frame incl removing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All same as per item No. 28 above but n.exc 1.5 sqm each

S&F powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type or openable without sash bar, aluminium section as under, including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws and aluminium mongry etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) Style/ rail – Jindal Section No.20805 or 20807, 40mm x18mm x0.91mm thick, Wt. @ 0.325 Kg/RM or equivalent. Note: Glass and other fittings material shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for 6mm dia powder coated Aluminium decco grill, (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), section No-104, 100mm aperture of hexagonal design and pattern as approved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and avg aparture 1.4mm and fitted with tinned tacks or galvanised wire stapple complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame of desired section as per site requirement for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for powder coated aluminium anodised three way track sliding windows of frame size 92 mm x 31.75 mm x 1.5mm thickness (section no. 20831 of JINDAL) and of shutter size 40 mm x 18 (with 9.00 mm interlocking legs) x 1.45 mm thick (section no. 20737 of JINDAL) section (two shutter glazed, covering half of span of opening each & one shutter sketlon covering half of span of opening ) incl provn for making windows air tight, including 95mm aluminium handle with spring lock , stainless steel wire cloth, 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.4mm and fixed with steel wire stapples and 5mm thick plain glass including necessary fitting/ fixture/ aluminium snap beads complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement shall be taken for clear opening i.e. out to out of window frame as a whole including all fittings and fixtures and no extra shall be paid separately.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement mortar plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth surface wihtout using extra cement on int wall of up to four stories bldgs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of OBD, white or tinted, over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F drapery curtain rods stainless steel 30mm dia of approved quality with decorative wooden finish and two number brackets fixed in brick/concrete wall and same finished knobs on each end of curtain rod including 8 Nos(min) match up rings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for granite(of any type) work(table rubbed and polished) cooking platform and like set in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to matach with shade of granite thickness of granite 18 to 20mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
