New construction work of Dhanpura road via nahar patari from Hamirpur Rath road

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5

Construction of subgrade with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads. transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead up to 1000 m as per Technical specification cause 303.1. including Stablization with 2% slaked lime including its mixing with rotabator complete.

Construction of Granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with 2% Cement (OPC) with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired density complete as per clause 401.

Providing , laying, spreading material on a prepared sub grade adding cement @ 4% by weight of the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined strength and to form a layer of sub base.

Providing and applying tack coat with V.G.-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure dristributor @ 0.35 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat . Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C As per Technical Specification Clause 510

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from boorrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slop and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 with lead upto 1000 m as per technical Specification Clause 303.1. in Patri (Carted earth)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil ( Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 meter (5ft) and lead upto 30m (100ft) and including filling,watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as direction by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30m(100ft) from the foundation trenches. Sand Filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days. (M 10)

Brick masonry work in 1:3 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations clauses 600, 1202 & 1203

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure/superstracutre as per technical specification clauses 613.4 & 1204

Laying 350 mm dia reinforced cement concrement pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement motar 1:2 but excluding excavation,protection works,back filling,concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete M 20 grade in Foundation as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 802, 1202 and 1203 (1:2:4)

Laying 600 mm dia reinforced cement concrement pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement motar 1:2 but excluding excavation,protection works,back filling,concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets

Maintenance Charge including @ Earth work ,repair of painted surface, earthwork on patri, road furniture etc.as per direction of E.I for the period of five years from the actual completion of work (For Bituminous work) Maintenance cost for 1st year (@0 % of total work amount S.No.1-16)
