Design, Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of all necessary and integral components / equipments(or deemed necessary ) as described hereafter ,as well as the supervision of the system and proper training of the employees that will be affected to the operation and maintenance of the system. the scope of the work includes the supply of the pre-packaged Hot Water Generator, radiator panels, Supply Return hot water circulation pipes, insulations specialized valves, equipments for Central heating system at Trauma unit Sub District Hospital Drass Kargil to provide a fully automatic system capable of producing and maintaining high precicion indoor conditions under the design limitations. Hot Water Generator Hot water, Horizontal water tube / fire tube boilers complete with water coils, combustion equipments, control panel, controls, accessories and mono block pump set or as recommended by OEM along with foundation as per OEM. The job includes SITC of common header of M.S 'C' class ERW pipe of suitable size. Capacity each 200000 Kcal/ Hr (1 stand by)
Boiler Chimney Chimney for 200000 Kcal boiler 450 mm dia, with 400 mm dia flu gas duct extrenaly mounted support raising at 12m above the Ground Level.

Non toxic antifreeze (The right antifreeze product intended for use in heating boilers not automobile as the chemicals are different ) Propylene Glycol mixture is installed in the system to avoid costly water or mold contamination . The amount or volume of antifreeze need to add to reach a desired freezing temperature of -40˚C. Note: the quantity of anti-freeze is purely tentative.
Providing and fitting of freeze protection temperature hydrometer or refractometer designed to measure propylene glycol concentration in the antifreeze-water mix in the system to read the freeze Temperature.
