SCHEDULE ‘A’ (Part-IV) (Internal Road)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm deep dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making goods undulation etc and re rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5m as directed by Engr-in- charge.

Supplying and laying stone aggregate of 63 to 45 mm size of WBM with moroum as binding material including 11.2mm size stone screening sorting, watering spreading to template, compacting stone aggregate in uniformed thickness and consolodiation with power roa droller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity in two layer to proper grade and camber etc. Complete

Supply, stacking and Spreading 6mm thick red bajri, watering and rolling complete including preparation of the surface and rolling with road roller/ hand roller.

Brick edging laid length wise with half brick depth including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 meters : With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight bitumen of VG-10 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specification on wbm @0.75 kg/sqm

Providing & applying 2.5 cm premise carpet surface with 3 cum of stone chippings 10mm nominal size per 100 sqm and bitumen emulsion (medium setting min. 65% bitumen contents) complying with IS: 8887, using 96 Kg per cumof chippings of road surface, including consolidation with road roller etc complete.

Providing and laying seal coat of premissed fine aggregate (passing2.36mm and retained on 180 micron seive) with bitumen using 128 Kg of bitumen of graded 80-100(vg-10) bitumen per cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface incl rolling and finishing with road roller in complete.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ (Part-V) (R.R Masonry Retaining 2.6 mtr wall with Drain for PFT structures as development works)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete of specified grade excliding the cost of centering and shuttering with mix of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) all work upto plinth level.

Providing & Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing & Random rubble masonry with hard stone in Superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level,including levelling up with plain cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) above plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying of cement concrete in cooping of R.R masonry retaining walls of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering with mix of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto floor five level.

Raised and cut pointing in stone work in white cement mortar mix of 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand).

Supplying and stacking at site 20 mm size stone aggregate as a backfill to the retaining wall.

Providing & fixing unplasticised Rigid PVC sewer pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 75 mm diameter.

Providing & laying of position plain cement concrete of specified grade excliding the cost of centering and shuttering with mix of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) all work upto plinth level.

Providing & laying of position plain cement concrete of specified grade excliding the cost of centering and shuttering with mix of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) all work upto plinth level.
