Supplying of 3C x 400 sqmm high tension 11KV cable, Dry Curing & Dry Cooling with true triple extrusion, simultaneously through a single common head, 3 core under ground XLPE (E), cable having stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, screened insulated, insulation screened with extruded semiconducting compound in combination with copper tape, core laid up extruded inner sheathed of GI flat strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed with specified IS 7098/11/85 with latest amendments. 3C X 400 Sqmm, (51 GI Wires - 4 mm Dia)

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer in-charge. (Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade)

Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Jelly Spreading (20-25 mm) : Supplying and providing jelly in the station yard of uniform thickness of 100 mm including the cost of materials, labour charges, required tools and plants etc., complete. Work shall be carried out as per the instructions of Engineer- in-charge of works as per the standard procedure.

Preparation of necessary drawings / inspection documents, getting approval from the Central Electrical Inspector, furnishing completion report, arranging for inspection, obtaining approval for commissioning the CSS by paying necessary fees for inspection etc., as required.

Disconnection of existing HT cable 3C x 400 Sq mm and Fixing, crimping, jointing of Aluminum lugs for 3C x 400 sq.mm Flat wire armoured cable complete with colour coded insulated tapes etc.

Supplying & fixing of FIRST AID CHART (English, Hindi & Kannada) with lamination complete as required.

Supply & Fixing Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, 25x20cm size

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
