Design, supply, erection, testing, commissioning, and proving out of 132/11 KV, 10 MVA, 01 no. additional power transformer as per specification no. RWP/ELECT./MRS/TRF-10MVA/2025-26 and compatible to synchronization for parallel operation with existing power system at MRS, RWP/Bela.

Bidder should have past credentials of successful supply of power transformer of similar (10MVA)/higher capacity and voltage rating (132/11 KV or higher) to Indian Railway/any government concern/PSU/State electricity boards/DISCOM within the last ten years. It shall be working satisfactorily for minimum 1 (one) year from the date of commissioning. The period of 10 years shall be reckoned from the last date of submission of bid. Documentary evidence such as, Minimum one year performance report inspection certificates, R/Notes, CRN,work completion report Shall be furnished along with the offer evidencing the successful execution of such purchase order. In case of bidder being an authorized dealer/agent, credentials of offered Make of similar power transformer i.e. (10MVA)/higher capacity and voltage rating (132/11 KV or higher) will be considered.

The OEM's transformer, the design of which is similar i.e.10MVA/higher capacity and voltage rating 132/11 KV or higherto the offered transformer should have been successfully type tested as per CEA guidelines within last 5 years as on the last date of submission of the bid. Documentary evidence such as The type test report including dynamic short circuit withstand test. Shall be furnished along with the offer.

I/We agree to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by me/us in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] Special and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

Have you attached any performance statements separately?

The price, discount, transportation charges, PVC etc. shall be in accordance with the clauses of agreement of the Firm, who has installed storage facility or with advantageous/better terms due o introduction of GST. However it should not be lesser than the agreed Terms in the agreement.
