Supply only plain sheet glass 4.0 mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with aluminum glazing clip in aluminum window shutter not exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane all as specified and directed.

Supply only Aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminum wire staples all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation on newly plastered external wall surface and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Dulux Weather Shield Max or Apex Ultima from Asian Paints or Berger weather coat All guard).

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered Internal wall surface and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated external wall surface by scrapping, washing, cleaning etc and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over treated surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof padding concerte of average 50 mm thick with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC will be measured & paid separately under relevant Item)

M & L for Rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on concrete surfaces when PCC on roof surfaces is still green including finished even and smooth etc for easy laying of APP membrane on roof, complete all as specified and as directed (WPC will be measured & paid separately under relevant Item).

M&L for preparing plastered surfaces and applying primer @ 0.30/Kg per sqm and applying snadwich tack coat of bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm laying 3.0mm thick polyster reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3kg/sqm including removal of existing water proofing treamant on sunken slabs, edges and vertical surfaces complete all as specified

M&L for applying a coat of reflective bitumenous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg / sqm over APP membrane surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Glass Fiber Wrapping System:.Providing & laying applying Glass Fiber sheet wrap at structural members including.Surface Preparation: Grinding / moulding concrete substrate, cleaning it with wire brush, removing oil, laitance if present, rounding sharp edges to min 25 mm radius etc., complete.Profiling: Applying PRIMER on prepared substrate, filling holes and uneven surface with PUTTY etc., complete.Wrapping: Wrapping the Glass fibre wrap to structural element at desired orientation using tamping roller to avoid any air voids etc., Repeat the same procedure for multiple layer with interval of 8 hours.Sand Pasting: Applying saturant, rectify air voids if any, paste the river sand on it to make surface rough to take any further finishes.(Mode of Measurement: Per Sq.Mt of Fiber consume and not application of surface area.) complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- All the structural strengthening items from sl. no. 69 to 75 above shall be executed by the authorized applicator only. THe certificate in this regard shall be held in records of GE.

Marterial, labour and laying in replacement of Ductile iron pipe of 200 mm dia (8") bore double flanged type (both end flanged) centrifugally cast (spun) including suitable specials class A, K-9, in any length, laid in trenches/ floor/in side of IN Jetty or on supporting pillars as per IS-8239/2000 and with inside cement mortor lining and outside complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :- The cost included the suitable size of stainless steel bolts, nuts, washer not (less than 16 mm dia) and leather gasket complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Supply and fix MS flanged pipe 200 mm NB heavy duty thickness not less than 4.8 mm, including all fabrication fittings and joints, cutting/welding/making bend etc at any angle as required length and layed in ground fixed on wall/ floor/ sump etc duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint red colour over coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

[i] Horizontal type, single suction, multi-stage pump of cast iron body & stainless bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal, etc. conforming to IS 12469: 2019, suitable RPM to deliver 2850 LPM flow rate at 90 MWC head. [ii] Suitable HP squirrel cage induction motor, TEFC, synchronous speed 3000 RPM, suitable for operation on 3- Ph, 415 V, 50 Hz AC supply with IP 55 protection for enclosure, horizontal foot mounted type with Class 'F' insulation, conforming to IS 12615: 2018 & IS 15301: 2003. [iii] MS fabricated common base-plate, coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolts, etc. complete with accessories as required. [iv] Suitable cement concrete foundation duly plastered with anti vibration pads as per OEM Recommendation.

NOTES: [i] The pump shall be capable of furnishing not less than 150% rated capacity at a head of not less than 65% of the rated head. [ii] The shut-off head shall not exceed 120% of rated head. [iii] The coupling guard shall be of zero access type. [iv] The quoted rate shall include providing and fixing of vibration pad, common base plate, foundation bolts, grouting etc. [v] Pump sets shall be as per NFPA-20.
