Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Vitrified Ceramic tiles (light shade) of size 600mmx600mmx10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 15 mm thick cement screed base (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing glazed colour ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match & including 10mm thick backing layer in cement mortar 1:4.complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slab including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast coloured glazed concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish (reflective type) any shape and size (as approved by GE) confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, as in pavements to required level & gradients, set, jointed with clean dry sand and sealing the ends using PCC 1:2:4 etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour machine cut pre-polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 15 mm thick cement screed base (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for udaipur White marble slab 18-20 mm thick over vertical surfaces and floor etc and similar work machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 and pointed with white cement using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble slab including grinding , polishing and rounding the edges complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of lime Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including china mosaic & WC complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roughening the surfaces of old cement concrete floor by picking, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and applying two coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.70 Kg/Sqm over vertical sides of sunken floors complete all as specified and directed. . Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour cement concrete 1:7:12 with 40mm graded stone coarse aggregate in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound Fosroc Dr Fixit or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe ) including trap set in and including concrete including provision of lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting holes in brick walls but in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement lime mortar in cm 1:2;4 type B-1 not exceeding half brick as required depth of embedded portion of holdfasts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surface free from loose material dirt etc, complete applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer (i.e. rust remover) FEOVERT conforming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars including cleaning the reinforcement , wire brushing to remoove loose rust spalls with time interval 6 hrs between the coats and applying protective coating (IPNET - RB) complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour in repairs for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling with and including 4 mm thick non asbestoes cement building boards (size of grid 605mmx605mm) including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium anodised section 15 micron for window (Sliding type) / ventilator (Partly fixed party louverd type) etc of anodised aluminium section ventilators partly fixed partly louvered type comprising frame, shutters, locking arrangements including necessary jamming, glazing pins, neoprene beading, glazing pin screw, levered aluminium sections for louvered glass, rollers , handle etc complete all as specified & directed. Note: (a) Glazing shall be measured separately. (b) Item shall be paid as per weight of aluminium section. (c) Rate quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, screw etc as required which not be measured for arriving the weight. (d) Rate shall be inclusive of the aluminium handle, locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel around contecting surface of aluminium and including matching the existing surface area complete all as specified. Supply and fixing in repairs anodized aluminium DECO grills 7.5mm thick, as existing grills, DG - 102 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 5.5 mm thick frosted glass ordinary quality in square n.exc 0.50 sqm each fixed to aluminium window frame complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples or wooden/ Aluminium beadding complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted on wall over a coat of primer & chalk whiting & 2 mm thick putty on new/Old plasterd surfaces of wall after necessary preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced not exc 15 cm thick of any description and at any position and removing the debris outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) 40 mm thick in flooring,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing of old decorated surfaces of walls by washing the surfce thoroughly , filling the cracks, craves with crack-filling-compound (Make : DR FIXIT CRACK SHRINK FREE or Equivalent ) applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade (100%) over a coat of primer etc all as specified. Note : - (a) Old surface shall be cleaned with bleaching powder as specified and as per manufacturers instructions , all cracks shall be filled with white cement and sand mortar (1:3) by making V- grooves . (b) Acrylic painting shall be done with rollers.(c)Funges formation be cleaned throughly with wire brush or by any means complete all as specified and directed.
