Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick ( in two layers of 10mm and 5mm thickness) cement pastering in cement mortar 1:4 and mixig the water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions on brick or concrete surface of wall finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saparately under item .

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar CM 1:6 on brick work/ concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as on concrete surfaces in ceiling finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces applying three coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of cement based paint on wall including preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface including washing rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation old wooden surfaces of any desription and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as cement base paint, external emulsion , internal distemper, internal painting etc from external surfaces/ Internal of walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/ roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc with mechanical means/ grinder including removal of waste material from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying acrylic wall care putty in external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving exterior/interiar painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint of Apex Weather proof paint (light shade) as per manufacturer instructions by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying 01 coats of exterior emulsion paint of Apex Weather proof paint (light shade) as per manufacturer instructions by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces by using following brands of emulsion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) as per manufacturer intructions by using roller to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layar on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolation and removal of mud puska on roof any thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roof ,minimum thickness at khurra as 50mm maintain a slope of 1:100 using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in roof kerbs or mud stops/ coping etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamferred complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for the following roof treatment. (a) 15 mm thick (average) cement screed/plaster in CM 1:4 on roof ( concrete surfces) finishing even and fair all as specified. (b) Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick weight not less than 3.60kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt, fixed as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. (c) Applying one coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.3 Ltr/Sqm. (d) Applying one coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane @ 0.50 litres per Sqm all as specified and directed. (e) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per square metre including cleaning the surfaces all as directed and specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 15mm size and removal to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to RCC sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams, ceilings and similar RCC work at any position/height by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including cutting grooves in brick /concrete wall and preparation of surfaces to receive finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of asbestos cement sheets [corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc] in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought timber truss scantling 40Sq.cm and over in section framed work, provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought timber scantling as in fillets, post rafter , purlins etc under 40Sq.cm in section framed work, provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rectangle / Squar /circular hollow section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters purlins, where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for structural purpose, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide as in primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed to self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying Premium (1st quality) straight edge, stain free, gloss finish, square marbonite single charged vitrified tiles in 600x600x 9 to 10mm thick in floors etc in approved shade, set & jointed in neat cement including and over 20mm in screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointed in white coloured cement to match, in floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.
