Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mmcomplete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area exc 400 sqm and depth n. exc 50mm deep including removing not exc 50m and stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, granite,trap or basalt, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required

M&L premixed bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with using 20 mm graded stone agg and paving bitumen 4% by the weight of total mix (consolidate thickness 75 mm or less as required), grade VG-30, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of surfaced black top surfaces by air compresser/brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt/dust etc and other dleterious materials complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack with Bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 Sqm on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.4-0.6 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanica sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified I and directed

M&L for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, grade VG-30, using asphalt mechanical mixer plant & laid with sensor paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 Ton power road roller to reqd level gradient, camber and super elevation.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in metal tubular solar dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor 75 mm thick,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Stone sett/Interlocking paving blocks of any description or thickness. laid bedded and pointed in any cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade including 50 mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering,complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete type C-2(1:3:6) (40 mm graded stone aggregates) in benching, foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in repair dual direction speed breaker having high intensity cube corner reflector ultrasonic welded to high impact resistance ABS plastic body of colour yellow and black size 250mmX345mmX50mm (height) provided with steel nails shape of side body to have interlocking pattern to keep all speed breaker in row, fixing arrangement: Anchor bolts + Epoxy mortar grout complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S& F in repair Traffic concave mirror of size 1000mm dia unbreakable having clear and definite mirror image with upper case collar provided with suitable clamps & nut bolts. The complete set shall be fixed on MS pipe 65mm NB 2.0 meter long duly powder coated/painted white/blue colour etc including excavation and PCC in post hole for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. for paver block,curve stone, complete all as specified a nd directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified & directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs 83,170.00 to be deducted during AOC
