Mix in place Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material,mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed materials to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density,completeas per cl. 401. (with an initial lead of 5 Km.)( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.). For grading II material.

Water Bound Macadam GR.III (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 Tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering & compacting to the reqd. density ( With an initial lead of 5.00 Km). (A) Using Screening Type-A. (III) WBM Grade III,

PProviding and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the @ 0.20 Kg per sqm.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ of 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means (Including cost of testing materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.).

Providing and laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) conforming to IS:15658.2006 including all lead & lift complete as per technical specification and as directed. A) 80mm thisck interlocking precast blocks having compressive strength of 40N/Sq.mm.

Providing nd laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average out put of 756 tonnes per hour using crushing aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4% to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to the work site, laying with ahydrosttic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendm roller to achieve the desired compactionas per MoSRT & H cl. no.507 complete in all respect. (Including carriage of mix materials up t 10.00 km initial lead from mixing plant) ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type Mix plant producing an average output of 75 Tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler , transporting to hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controll to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.(including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 km initial lead from mixing plant.).

Providing & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflecting glass beads @250 gms area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform & free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSRT & H specifications.

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro Prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guide lines of MoSRT&H's fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufactures with three month replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Providing 'Sparkle Solar Road Studs, manufactured by TATA BP Solar India Ltd. Of size (125mmx125mm), 90 mm height (From bottom of shunk to top od Studs) with detachable battery, M6LEDs - three on each side for Bio- directional studs /3 LEDs on one side for undirectional studs, ultra bright LED in amber and red colour, weight per stud 700+25 gms, flash rate of 50-65 times per minute completely water resistant and weather proof with replacement warranty and free maintenance for 1 year from the date of installation of stud on road (Installation should be made using adhesives and procedures recommended by manufacturer under the supervision of their competent technician).

Applying one shelf -priming coat of "unicem" Shakti brand of required shade over freshly pl;astyered wall surface after thoroughly brooming the surface free from mortar droppings and other forign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand prepared smooth as specified and directed by the Dept.

Finishing old / new wall with water proffing weather coat smooth anti fungal exterior painting of Apex brand of Asian paints and of required shade after ckleaning & Clearing the surface ect. Including scafolding complete as directed at all levels (Two coats).

Supplyiong, fitting and fixing RCC Guard post 150 cm long erected 75 cm above the Ground and 75 cm below the ground with M-15 grade (Nominal mix 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20 mm size) of cement concrete and require reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering, moulding the top, curing including painting concrete surfaces in 23cm strips upto 0.75 m from the top alternately in black & white and having 2 nos. reflective band of desired shades etc. complete as per design and as directed . 15cm dia RCC guard post with reinforcement of 4 nos. 12mm dia TMT main steel bars and 6mm TMT/MS stirrups at 15cm c/c.

Load Bearing Drain :Earth work in Excavation for foundation structires as per drawind and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and deleterious matters, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with aproved materials.

Dry rubble Flooring, Construcytion of dry rubbl flooring at cross drainage works for relatively less important works.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominalmix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications. IS 1786 (Fe-500 D) Secondary producer (ISI approved).

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete, in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification including steel shuttering formwork. RCC Grade M20.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specification

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical specification. (B) Sandy material.

Stone M/G/ Wall: E:Earth work in Excavation for foundation structires as per drawind and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and deleterious matters, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with aproved materials. A) In ordinary soil.
