Construction of 02 x Class Room: Each classroom of 25 ft length, 20 ft breadth and height with 11 ft. # Bidder must quote their price of whole work in this row only. # Below mentioned rows are for tech specification reference only.
Wall: Upto 11 ft brick wall of 9 inch width with smooth double coat plaster thickness 15mm both sides. Side walls to be closed completely. Cemented Brick size 400/300 mm x 200 mm x 200 mm with compressive strength of 5N/sq mm to be used, compressive strength cert to be att. Cement and sand mixture for constr of brick work will be in ratio of 1:6 and for plastering of walls it will be in ratio of 1:4 river sand to be used
Hard standing: Basement with 1 ft depth below the soil & 1 ft height of the floor above the soil. Gravel & 40mm stone tampering in the basement. Verandah 6 ft width x 25 ft length per classroom.
Wiring: Concealed wiring with 04 x switch board (branded wire with ISI mark and switch board to be used) all switches (anchor) aesthetically fitted on one board. Total of qty 8 x 5/6 Amp socket, 01 x 15 Amp socket and indl switch for each tube light/ fan in each classroom
Lighting and Ceiling Fan: Qty 06 x 20 watt LED tube light sets fitted on the wall and 06 x ceiling fan branded with ISI mark.
Doors. Two double door of size 6.5 ft x 4 ft water proof flush door thickness 30 to 35 mm with all fitting with wooden frame for each classroom.
Windows: Windows of size 5 ft x 4 ft with sliding shutter door of frame and glass with grill protection of aesthetic design (aluminum window) glass thickness 5mm and wire mesh.
Wall Painting: Painting with OBD (Colour as per directions of APS Principal) and Lupum with Birla putty).
Shed: Pre-fabricated polycoated galvanised sheet of 0.5 mm, blue colour column 4 inch round pipe, truss & purlin (2 inch round / square pipe height 15 ft (11 ft column + 4 ft truss) with ISI mark.
False Ceiling: Gypsum sheet of 2 x 2 to be used for the false ceiling of the entire classrooms
