Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil ,ordinary rock ,soft rock ,hard rock chiseling, wedging out rock(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the lines, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the MORD technical specification clause 302,1603.1 and 1603.2 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within in all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transportation of un-useful materials for filling in roadways camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools ,equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and / labour if required. All useful materials such as stones, shingle aggregate and slates etcetera shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Excavation of structure Earth work in excavation of foundation of structure (bridges work) in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock, chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement is to five sand is to Ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size in or under water including pumping or bailing out water( surface and sub soil water), dewatering for all heights /depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/ depths, including the cost of form work and curing for 14 ( fourteen) days complete in Retaining walls, Breast walls and Parapets etcetera as per drawings and HPPWD/MORD technical specification clauses- 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification mix design to obtain minimum compressive strength of M-20 (M-Twenty) with 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size crushed stone aggregate in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Furnishing and placing reinforced / pre-stressed cement concrete by Mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super- structure as per drawing and technical specification cement concrete design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength of M-25 (M-twenty five) designed mix with minimum cement contents of 400 kg. (four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including curing complete and cost of form work as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in bed block and dirt wall upto any floor level and curing complete including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental, as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including the octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

(four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including curing complete and cost of form work as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab and wheel guard upto any floor level and curing complete including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental, as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including the octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and technical specification of grade M-30 (M-thirty) designed mix with minimum cement contents of 407 kg. (four hundred seven kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including the cost of curing complete, form work and reinforcement as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge in approach slab including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete wearing coat cement concrete of grade M-30 (M-Thirty) designed mix with minimum cement contents of 407 kg. (four hundred seven kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including reinforcement, curing complete and form work as per drawing and technical specification clause 800 and 1206.3 as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of reinforced cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated, pre-cast R.C.C. railing of M-30 grade ( M-Thirty) designed mix with minimum cement contents of 407 kg. (four hundred seven kilogram) per cubic metre with graded crushed stone aggregate size not exceeding 12mm (twelve millimetre) nominal size and curing complete, true to line and grade, tollerance of vertical R.C.C. post not to exceed 1 in 500 (one in five hundred) centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000mm (two thousand millimetre) leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion including the cost of reinforcement and form work as per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 800, 900 and 1208.3 complete as per approved drawing and technical specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental .The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana,toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar on reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto any floor including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Stone filling with granular material behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls etc. complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1204.3.8 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royalty , Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 100mm (Hundred millimeter) diameter poly Vinyl chloride pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V):20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards drainage face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 614,709,1204.3.7 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royalty ,Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying a buried expansion joint, covered with 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick, expansion gap being 20mm (Twenty millimetre) 200mm (two hundred millimetre) wide galvanised weldable structural steel plate as per IS:2062, placed symmetrical to centre line of the joint, resting freely over the top surface of the deck concrete, welding of 8 mm (eight millimetre) dia, 100mm (one hundred millimetre) long galvanised nails spaced 300mm (Three hundred millimetre) centre to centre along the centre line of the plate, as per technical specifications Clauses 2604 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing drainage spouts complete with 100mm (one hundred millimetre) dia galvanised mild steel down pipe corrosion resistant structural steel grating complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1209 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel rocker bearing confirming to IRC : 83 (eighty three) (Pt-1) section IX and clause 2003 of MORTH specification complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical specification including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level forged steel roller bearing confirming to IRC : 83 (eighty three) (Pt-1) section IX and clause 2003 of MORTH specification complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical specification including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
