Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, including mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement content, finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash complete.

M&L preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including 3 mm thick white cement based wall care Birla putty complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc. finishing surfaces of concrete even and rough complete all as specified.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in flooring and pavings, etc. finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC Type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in plinth protection, surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes, in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300x 200x 7 mm thick on vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete.

M&L non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 300 mm x 300mm x 6-7 mm thick matt finish in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes, in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles (best quality) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), light shade, polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick for laying floor finishes, in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete.

Dismantling framed work fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section.

S&F mild steel works for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and ountersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling asbestos cement / CGI (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply, providing and fixing suspended false ceiling consisting of 6 mm thick asbestose cement plain building board suspended on GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick two unequal flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding walls using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.90 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx. 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exceeding 1.2 mtr length) of 0.55 mm thickness having curled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre fixed to roof slabs, boards are to be joined and finished so as to have a flush look which includes finishing the tapered and square edges of the board and two coats plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer and one layer putty 3 mm thick suitable for board. M&L for high yield strength deformed TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L precast RCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:6, including necessary formwork complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Cleaning of blockage of sewage lines up to 150 mm bore systematically using necessary tools mechanically and /or manually such as by rodding, passing rope knots, bamboo fanti and disc of required size (with safety measure such as dirt and gas etc), flushing the pipe well with water till clear flow of sewage from both side between two adjacent manhole/grease traps of any depth, taking out sludge in semi liquid stage including all water effluents etc in a closed container and removing all materials from site of work upto a distance exceeding 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 mtr and depositing in earth pit of suitable size including supply and sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removal of blockage etc complete all as specified. Note: Length will be measured throughout the manholes for each time of cleaning.

Cleaning of septic tanks completely by emptying liquid, semi solid, solid foul contents cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out using suction pumps and filling the foul material into the covered tanks attached to suction pump and removing and disposing the same at a place meant for disposal of foul material outside the Defence area complete all as specified.

Cleaning of manhole blockages (including WC, urinal, kitchens and bathrooms) systematically using necessary tools mechanically and/or manually such as by rodding, bamboo fanti and disc of required size (with safety measure gas etc), flushing the pipe well with water till clear the flow of sewage from both side between two adjacent manhole/gully traps or WC/NT of any size or depth, taking out sludge in semi liquid stage / roots of the tree etc. including all water effluents etc and removing all materials from site of work upto a distance exceeding 50 mtr and depositing in earth pit of suitable size including supply and sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removal of blockage etc complete all as directed.

M&L PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement including taking down old gully trap complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm dia outlet, cast iron floor trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 complete including taking down old floor trap all as specified and directed.
