Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioing of 20 mtrs height flood lighting high mast tower (Top - 150 mm, Bottom - 460 mm, Sheet thickness for 1st segment - 4 mm, 2nd segment - 3 mm) for Apron Lighting suitable for wind speed of minimum 50 m/s (not less than) as per IS 875 (Part -III), with hot dip galvanized in multiple telescopic sections, comprising of raising and lowering system, head frame, lantern carriage for fixing, holding the flood light fittings and control gear box, double drum winch, SS wire rope, trailing cable, manual handle, junction box, lightning finial, MCB, electric driven integral power tool motor, power and control cables, lightning arrestor etc. all other accessories as required with the following as per the specification given: a) Luminaires carriage suitable to hold all required LED light fittings (minimum 16 Nos.) for lux level as per ICAO specification in apron area with required no. of arms including supply & fixing of suitable counter weights as per manufacturer's recommendations, all accessories and self balance etc. b) Raising and lowering mechanism consisting of suitable double drum winch assembly, head frame assembly on top with self lubricating bearing and stainless steel shaft non-corrosive pulley & stainless steel wire ropes of minimum 6 mm dia etc. complete with internally mounted electric driven 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz operated integral power tool motor installed inside the base compartment for its operation and also for manual operation. c) Supply, Laying and fixing of 2 runs of flexible round sheath 5 core 2.5 Sqmm control cables of appropriate rating from junction box to lantern carriage including wiring with suitable size of copper cable for individual wiring of all fittings including double dome Aviation obstruction lights. d) Instllation, testing, Wiring of LED Flood Light luminiaries as per apron lighting design to meet ICAO requirement and Twin dome medium intensity LED aviation obstruction light (as per ICAO requirement) with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB, connections, mounting clamps. etc as required (wiring material from junction box to indiviual luminaire and MCB in base compartment, accessories etc. as required as per the technical specifications) e) Heavy gauge hot dip galvanized lightning arrestor and its necessary connections at the top. Foundation: (a) Construction of foundation with M30 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth including all materials and labour. The foundation design should withstand wind pressure 50 m/s as per IS 875 along with desired fitting and foundation design vetted by Govt. Engineering college etc. complete as required. (b) Supply and fixing of foundation bolts (M30 x 850 mm) manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. (The material should be supplied and certified by OEM) Earthing: Provision of 02 Nos GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour complete as required. Control Panel: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of dust and vermin proof outdoor type pedestal mounted distribution feeder piller (of size approx 1000 x 1000 x 300 mm i/c leg height) on cement concrete foundation generally confirming to IS-5039-1983 as amended upto date and to withstand rough usage and weather, fabricated with 2mm thick CRCA sheet with hinged double door having locking arrangement. The panel shall be powder coated painting, supply and fixing of following switchgears, interconnections, earthing etc. complete as required and as per enclosed particular specifications and single line diagrams. (a) Incoming - 01 No. 32 Amp, 4 Pole, MCCB having variable current settings (Ics-100 percent Icu, 18 KA), spreader links and extendable ON OFF rotary handle. (A) Outgoings - 32 A, 4 Pole C curve MCB, relay contactor and Timer complete as required-02 Nos. (B) 16 A, two pole C curve MCB for aviation light connection - 02 Nos. (c) 6- 32 A, DP C curve MCB-02 Nos. Suitable capacity DOL starter for operating motor with Up and Down push button. (Make of Highmast : Bajaj / Signify / Crompton or equivalent as prefered list.)

Supply of 350 W, LED Flood Light luminaires with IP 66 protected, 120 lm/W, CRI>70, die-cast aluminium housing with heat resistant diffuser and MS powder coated bracket suitable to operate on 240 V, 50 Hz AC complete as required suitable for Apron High Mast. (BAJAJ Cat No. PRAZE F 420L WH NB-A3 TG SD/CROMPTON Cat No. CFS-501-350-57-60D-SL-GL-NGG/PHILPS/WIPRO or equivalent)

Supply of Twin dome Medium Intensity LED type aviation obstruction light luminair with lamp, fixtures as per requirement of ICAO suitable to operate on 240 V, 50 Hz AC etc. complete as required (Make Intertek or equivalent)

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of dust & vermi proof, front operated cubicle type floor mounted, OUTDOOR double door type LT panel made out of 2.0 mm thick for body & doors and all partitions shall be of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet, totally enclosed type, lP 65, duly rust inhibited, stove enameled, powder coated, fully compartmentalized complete with double hinged, front door with lockable arrangement, removable gland plates made out of 3 mm thick sheet steel, 2 Nos earth stud, 50 mm MS angle iron channel including making suitable pedastal (PCC/brick work) for installation etc. complete as required. INCOMER: (i) 2 No. 120 Amps. 4P , MCCB, 36 KA, (lcs = lcu= 36KA) with thermal magnetic release having adjustable O/L & S/C protection equipped with extendable rotary Handle and extendable terminals. ii) 6 Nos. Phase indication LED lamps with 2 Amp MCB, 02 Sets ON/OFF indicatiion light with 2 A MCB, 02 Nos Multifunction meter, class 0.5 with digital Display showing V, A, Hz & PF. (iii) Electrical & Mechanical interlocking between 2 incomers. BUS.BAR : TPN aluminium main bus bars of minimum of 200 Amp capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves and i/c DMC/SMC bus bars supports at required intervals. Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Aluminium conductor armoured electric cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 PART-I with upto date amended. 4 x 25 Sqmm

Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, Aluminium conductor armoured electric cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 PART-I with upto date amended. 3.5 x 70 Sqmm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheated / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ HDPE pipe pipes as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheated / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/ HDPE pipe pipes as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying & fixing of one nuber PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of followinng size on wall surface as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (Clamped with 25x3 mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 x 25 Sqmm (28 mm)

Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Providing, laying and fixing pf following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc as required 50 mm Dia.

Providing, laying and fixing pf following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc as required 80 mm Dia.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/cable as required.
