Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on Plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, including all leads and lift. a) All Kind of soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Hand packing stones in wire crates of B.A. wire 4mm & mesh of size 10cm x 10 cm including cost of stones & wire crates. The wire crates length should not exceed 6.00 mtr. (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc complete. a) On concrete work.

Providing and fixing post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos. 100mm dia high reflective and reflectors and mounted on M.S. pipe of 65mm dia duly powder coated with anti rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :- a) Sand from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 30.00 Km. by M.T b) Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size & above from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 30.00 Km. by M.T c) Stone aggregate (Crusher bajree) below 20mm nominal size from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 30.00 Km. by M.T d) Stones / boulders from local nallah for an av. Lead of 2.00 km. by M.T.
