Cleaning / Flushing the gas system with N2 gas and supplying and recharging the refrigerator of capacity 165 to 310 litre& deep freezer with refrigerant gas including replacement of strainer and compressor oil and rectification of leakage in the entire system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Maintenance, servicing and testing of split type air conditioners of capacity 1 to 2 ton of any make by cleaning all dust and stand practice, then apply one coat of cleaning solution and clear with nylon brush over cooling coil of entire AC unit with pressure water in order to remove dust on cooling coil, condenser fins, blowing off dust from machines & air filters, checking and de-carbonizing all electric system, oiling, greasing of blower motor, checking and removing any vibration and leakage device for winter / summer to ensure cutting of compressor / heater in case of failure of blower motor and testing after fixing at site all as directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

S & F in replacement of sub-main wiring with two single core cables PVC insulated and un-sheathed 6 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLSH stranded copper conductor drawn in concealed PVC conduict dia 20mm “medium quality” conduit including 6.00 Sq mm (Nominal Area) copper cable as earth continuity conductor after chasing in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces and white wash or existing colour , necessary junction box and covers including necessary connections, PVC flexible pipes are used in pannel board while connecting the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note : (i) PVC cable and PVC conduit shall be ISI marked. (ii) Two run of cable, one run of earth wire and PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Taking down dismataling and opening of the compressor (Make : Voltas) for over hauling , cleaning, , washing , machining and mechanically repair work etc. checking of its all parts of serviceability / unservicability and reassembling all servicable parts all as per original and replacement of defective parts as reqd for smooth functionning of the compressor and testing after erection it in original position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- (i) all defective / unserviceable spare parts / items reqd for overhauling /defective sensor shall not be paid separately.

S&F for thermostatic bio-metal fuse for fridge capacity of 210 ltr to 320 ltr all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
