M&L for monthly 'A' Check Inspection of DG sets of capacities as described in Ser Item No. 2.00 to 25.00 including alternator, electric panel board connection to DG set etc for smooth functioning and carrying out maintanance as required at site and directed by Engr-in Charge. Note: Items/ Spares required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BoQ

Checking engine oil level and topping up as and when required.

Checking and adjusting the belt for tension and replacement of belt if required.

Checking of oil bath air cleaner level

Checking of exhaust system for leakage

Draining of sediment from fuel filter and fuel tank

Cleaning of air cleaner elements

Checking engine alternator coupling, mounting bolts and alignment

Tighting all nuts, bolts, in altenator terminal block

Checking of alternator carbon brushes and connections in alternator

Checking and tightening of all connection in DC control wiring.

Checking of all radiator rubber hoses for leakage and replacement if required.

Checking and recording oil pressure, water and oil temperarute for smooth functioning.

Checking anti vibration mounting pads for any deformation.

Checking throttle linkage for smooth operation.

Checking battery for cell test, electrolyte level, gravity and topping up to required level

Routine check / repair work of panel, switches, MCCBs, main switch, all contactors, engine control unit etc.

Checking of AMF panel, all electrical connections etc.

Checking of earthing resistance

Cleaning of vegitation around the DG set up to 1.5 mtr area.

M&L for dismantling electric magnetic brack coil from crane of any capacity, taking down and carry to work shop, rewinding with existing guage of super enamelled copper winding wire of superior quality with proper insulation and bringing back and refixing on crane with proper alignment with gear box etc, including testing on completion, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of gear wheel shaft for crane upto 2.0 Ton capacity, taking down, servicing of gear box, greasing etc and refixing of crane with proper alignment etc, including testing on completion, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
