M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick, burried directly in ground,earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level, steel earth plate connected with 32 x 6 mm GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earth test point all as described in MES schedule part I including excavation earth work concreate pit with 50 mm thick RCC cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B-I duly reinforced with MS bars 6 mm dia @ 150 C/C both ways and pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B-I with 2 Nos suitable lifting handles of 12 mm MS bar and GI protection pipe of suitable size,and watering pipe 20 mm dia with water funnel test point and extra length up to 7.5 metre connected to Panel board all as specified

Supply, installation and commissioning of HT 11 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz totally enclosed metal clad switch board outgoing module to be complied in existing switch board comprising of 11 KV VCB 630 Amps, CT, meter, relay, overload, earth fault protection, ammeter and voltmeteretc gear complete as per existing system including taking down unserviceable switch board complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sqmm, 3.5 core including taking down existing unserviceable cable and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sqmm, 3.5 core including taking down existing unserviceable cable and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size185 sqmm, 3.5 core including taking down existing unserviceable cable and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm, 3.5 core including taking down existing unserviceable cable and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying of bricks of sub class 'B' (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in with excavated soil, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair pipe galvanised iron light grade ( ISI marked) of 100mm dia with all fittings laid in trenches or on pole, crossing of road,fixed on wall for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed
