Centrifugal pump horizontal spindle, horizontal/radial split casing and suction, multi stage having capacity 75 cum / hour at a head of 457 metres suitable for nominal speed of 1480 RPM for lifting treated water (with impeller, bearing, necking & bush made of LG2 bronze), shaft sleeves, nuts & shaft made of SS410, directly coupled with 220 HP/180 KW, 415 volts 50 Hz AC nominal speed -1480 RPM electric driven motor, TEFC, sq cage, 50 Hz + 5%, 415 volts + 10%, class F insulation, ambient temp, 3 phase, energy efficiency level IE-3, BEE star rated as per IS-12615 and conforming to IP-55 with upto date amendments, both pump and motor mounted on and including a common steel base frame placed on PCC/RCC foundation as specified by OEM etc all as per manufacturer's instructions including installation, testing and commissioning complete all as specified. Notes : . (i). Suction pipe -150 mm dia and delivery 150 mm dia. . (ii) Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of additions / alterations to suction and delivery side of existing pipes and water connections etc,and pressure gauge, air release vlalve & balancing valves ( pointed towards earth) (iii) Commissioning of pump set shall be done by IEM from CE CZ or rep of Accepting officer in the presence of Manufacturer's rep and not by authorised dealer / workshop rep / sister concern etc. All expenses on this account shall be borne by the contractor.
