Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick mineral finish water proofing membrane of SIKA/STP/ PIDILITE/FOSROC of approved colour reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -5°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done preferably through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane as directed by M-I-C (Note:- The over lapping width shall be minimum 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the end. Payment shall be made for actual coverage area only)

Dismantling and cleaning of old tarfelt from the roof in vertical and horizontal surfaces. Dismantled material to be disposed at designated place within a lead of 3.00KM. With all cost complete as per the direction of MIC.

Transporting and disposing the surplus earth, debris and soft rock including shrubs and vegetations from construction area beyond the initial lead of 50m including re-excavating the deposited soil excavated earlier, transportation, loading, unloading, laying at all depths and heights, stacking, levelling and dressing both the area (viz. from where the earth is transported and where it is deposited) to required levels and slopes complete with all lifts as directed by MIC. For carting on the basis of truck/ tractor measurement ,voids shall be deducted as per specification. Lead up to 3.0 km

Dismantling/ demolishing of following including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr as directed by M-I-C - Brick work in cement mortar.

Dismantling/ demolishing of following including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr as directed by M-I-C. - Plain cement concrete

Dismantling/ demolishing of following including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100mtr as directed by M-I-C - Cement plaster/ Skirting including racking out of joints.

Dismantling of CI/AC/PVC rain water pipe/ waste pipe Up to 110mm dia pipe with fittings, clamps and stacking as directed by M-I-C

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 for all height including curing, scaffolding, tools, tackles, labours etc. complete as directed by M-I-C . (cement free issue)

Grading roof for water proofing treatment including finishing etc. all complete as per direction of MIC (cement free issue)with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 grade stone aggregate 12mm nominal size)

Providing Gola 75x75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate and down size) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per standard design in 75x75mm deep chase as directed by M-I-C (cement free issue)

Making khurras 45x45cm on old RCC roof including cutting of mud phoska, chipping of RCC slab of minimum 5cm thickness and finished with cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm down gauge) and finished with cement plaster 1:2(1 cement: 2 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement rounding the edges, mixing water proofing compound so as to make it leak proof and finishing the out let with all cost complete as per the direction of MIC including the cost of water proofing compound and cement. Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, Single socketed pipes.-110 mm diameter including arrangement of ladder, scaffolding etc. as directed by M-I-C

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, -Single tee with door 110x110x110 mm including cutting of brick work, fixing of tee, finishing with specification including WPC and plaster at both side of the wall. including shuttering around rain water pipe arrangement of ladder, scaffolding etc. as directed by M-I-C

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion as directed by M-I-C -Shoe (Plain) 110 mm

Providing and fixing PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised PVC rain water/ vent / waste water pipes on wall surface with MS screw of required length and PVC sleeves including drilling masonry / concrete wall, carriage, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc. all bye works etc all heights. - 75/110 mm dia complete as directed by M-I-C

Cleaning, scrubbing of roof ,parapet wall ,wall and sunshade including compressed water/air cleaning with removal of root of all vegetation, from roof, wall etc. collection of debris in bag and disposal within a lead of 1.0KM at designated places within the township. For reisdential /Non-residential building /community garage at all height including removal of bushes, shrubs grown in roof, wall sunshade etc. with own scaffolding material ,labour ,equipment ,tools & tackles complete as directed by M-I-C

Cutting of holes up to (30x30)cm in brick walls including making good the same with cement concrete 1:2:4 including finishing complete after insertion of pipe ,etc as directed by M-I-C(Cement free issue )

Cutting of hole up to 15x15cm in RCC floor, roofs, sunshade, cornice etc. for passing drain pipes etc. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipes etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof complete as directed by M-I-C. (Cement free issue )

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion as directed by MIC.. - Bend 87.5° 110 mm

Providing and laying brick masonry work with fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) etc complete as per specification and direction of MIC. Fly ash brick shall be issued from Nalco CPP plant. (Fly ash brick and Cement free issue)- In superstructure at all height above plinth level
