Outsourcing of services for operation and periodical maintenance of AC plant at 12 WEU signal centre, and all related equipment as mentioned below including keeping, the installation fully operational and in healthy condition by employing of 1 x skilled AC operator having knowledge of operation of AC installaion including carrying out all daily maintenance all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per Indian electricity rules/Engineering practice & maintaining properly the protective instruments complete in good condition and all maintenance records, break down records, by providing with adequate staff strength comprising of the following AC plants and DG sets equipments at substation 12 WEU Jaisalmer all as specified in particular specifications to the entire satisfaion of Engineer-in-charge. Notes for Srl item Nos 1 & 3 : 1. Wage paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by State/Central Government from time to time whichever is higher( Issued from GoI time to time) . The payment shall be made to the workers through online banking and the bank statement of fair wages as per minimum labour wages as mentioned above shall be submitted along with the RARs/FB for payments. 2. The contractor shall be responsible for the EPF, ESI, bonus, LWC, Safety etc. and insurance of all trademen employed by him as per existing Labour Rules/Acts/Regulations 3. Contractor special attention is invited that payment of operator / labour shall be made only online banking and same shall be deposited in Adhar link account of operator / labour. Documentary evidence for the same shall be submitted to Engineer -in-Charge before payment of RAR / Final bill. 4. Contractor and his personnel detailed for management and operation of Plant room shall be responsible for serviceability of Plant and all equipments. In case of any major fault occurs in above mentioned items, he will report directly to concerned JE E/M / AGE E/M. Person deputed for operation will be responsible for minor maintenance such as checking of motor and pump working condition, AC plant and cleaning of plant room, equipment and surrounding areas complete.

5. Necessary weekly off will be given to manpower employed for this schedule as per existing rules and regulation of state /central govt. and necessary replacement will be provided by the contractor. Rates quoted for this schedule shall deemed to be included this provision. 6. In case absence of any operator / workmen from any shift will be penalized with a penalty of double the rate quoted by the contractor in addition to the shift not taken in to consideration for payment. Attendant / Operator wanting leave will get it sanctioned before proceeding on leave along with the name of individual who will be performing his duty/shift in his absence. No replacement of operator/workmen without the knowledge of department will be allowed. 7. Safety equipment's, tools and first aid kit and uniform by he conractor will be provided to all tradesman without any extra cost to government. 8..Log book (Sheet), Muster roll, duty roster, fuel consumption register, daily breakdown register, attendance register and other requisite registers shall be maintained by operator and get it signed by concerned JE, Engineer-in-charge and contractor on daily basis and same shall be submitted monthly to accepting officer for inspection and other details as specified in PS 9.Operator should posses ITI certificate in respective trade with minimum 02 years experience for running of installation and well conversant with the AC Plant equipment's with connected panel and opeartion of Pump, motor DG set and must produce qualification and experience certificates duly attested by gazetted officer. The attested certificate shall be submitted to accepting officer at the time of commencement of work.

10. The GST included in the rates quoed against all items. 11. It is sole responsibility of contrator if any mishappening occurs including acciden/injury due to any reason, departmement shall not be held responsible on this account. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account from the department.
