Burning out existing lead joints of CI pipes including cleaning and collecting old lead complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge for the following bore pipes.

(c) 100 mm bore pipe

Note:- Excavation and earth work required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Taking down existing sluice valve and supply and fix in position sluice valve (ISI marked) flanged and drill both ends cast iron body, heavy duty brass spindle type PN 1.0 with and including jointing rubber gasket,nut,bolts including taking out existing CI sluice valve of following sizes:-

(a) 150 mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

(c) 80 mm bore

Taking down existing non- return valve and S&F 80 mm more CI non return valve, flanged type ISI marked with by pass arrangement all as specified and dirrected.

Attending Complaints by deploying sufficeient labour for rectification of leakage of UG water pipe lines of size 80 to 100 mm Bore of any description such as CI/GI pipe line at any location including necessary excavation, earth work, dewatering, cutting existing pipe lines including repairs with suitable flanges, Joints or any other material complete all as specified and as directed.

Attending Complaints by deploying sufficeient labour for rectification of leakage of UG water pipe lines of size 25 to 50 mm Bore of any description such as CI/GI pipe line at any location including necessary excavation, earth work, dewatering, cutting existing pipe lines including repairs with suitable flanges, Joints or any other material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded aggregate) for thrust block for supporting pipe lines including necessary use all as specified and directed by engr -in- charge.

M&L for sump/tank MS cover 60cmX60cm made out of 5 mm thick MS sheet bends to shape/with angle iron frame on sides, locking, arrangement fixed to manhole of UG sumps and RCC tanks with grouting the angle iron frame in RCC slabe including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair momoblock pump set of capacity 0.5 Kw, single phase, including replacement of water tank of capacity 0.6 mtr x 0.6 mtr x 0.6 mtr, replacement of float switch, water level sensor, CPVC piping set, valves all as specified and dirercted by Engr -in- Charge. Note- Cost of all material required for efficient running of pump set to be included in quoted rates.

Supply only potable water for drinking purpose through 5000 Ltrs capacity water bowser to MES water supply installations located at AF Station Issapur (Dhansa) under AGE E/M Arjangarh, GE (AF) Gurgaon complete all as specifeid and directed:- Notes:- (a) Water which is supplied must be portable water. (b) Testing of water for Bacteriological and chemical analysis of bowser will be carried out from the auth lab. The water sample to be carried in proper sterlized bottle. Minimum one sample as directed by Engr -in-charge shall be tested and cost of testing deemed to be included in quoted rates. (c) Contractor should be capable to supply minimum 05 Bowser per day or more as per rquirement when necessiated by the department without any extra cost in case shortage of DJB water supply & unforeseen circumstances. (d) A recovery for non supply of water will be charged from contractor @ Rs 3000.00 per bowser as penality for non compliance of contract provision.

Supply and testing Chloroscope testing kit for Chlorine test of portable water with Orthotolidine solution method. Note : Cost of 500 ML Orthotolidine solution included in quoted rate.

The same shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. (ii) Any damage to the pump set occurs due to improper installation of motor contractor shall be liable for repair.

M&L for repairs to CI mechanical joints suitable for CI/DI pipe with all accessories such as CI sleave, CI outer rings,rubber gaskets,GI bolt,nut,washer ect all as directed by Engr-in-chrage and suitable for the following size of pipes:-

Supply and fix in replacement openwell submersible pumpset of capacity 5 HP suitable for 13.20 LPS at 20Mtr head including suitable size 3 Phase, 415 volt, electric motor. Make of pump set Kirloskar and model No KOS 520+ including replacement of old unsv suitable size suction and delivery pipe line up to 3 Mtr including all fittings such as bend , tee, falnge, washer, gaskets ect. Cost of materials mentioned in schedule and required for efficient running of pump set to be included in quoted rates only.

Cleaning of RCC over head reservoir of 50000 Gallon capacity complete by removing all scales, dirts, mud, chemical deposit etc from inner& outer chamber of tank as well as from the mouth of all circulating pipes connected with RCC tank including scrapping out and throughly cleaning of internal surface/floor by using bleaching powder, soda ash etc complete all as dircted of specified by Engr-in-Charge. Note Proper care should be taken during cleaning so that no scales/dirts/deposits enters the supply/delivery line

Cleaning of RCC underground sump of Size 10X10X10CFT complete by removing all scales, dirts, mud, chemical deposit etc from inner and outer chamber of tank as well as from the mouth of all circulating pipes connected with sump including scrapping out and throughly cleaning of internal surface/floor by using bleaching powder, soda ash etc complete all as dircted of specified by Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning the under ground reservoir of 25000 Gallon capacity ( massonery/RCC) after draining out the sump and removing all soak, dirt and mud ect, from reservoir and the mouths of suction pipess with and including bleaching powder solution(1 Kg bleaching powder mixed to 50 ltrs of water and not less than 50 kg for every one lakh gallon capacity reservoir) and wash out with clean water dry up and applying one coat of white wash to all internal surface ie for soffits of top slabs,bottom & side walls to full height of following capacity reservoirs, complete all as directed snd to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The quoted rates shall be also inclusive the cost of Materials for white wash, labour cost, T & P and other than mentioned in Schdule 'A' part II for cleaning.

Carrying out the 'B' Check from authorised rep of service engineer from the manufaturer of the DG Set of Cummins/Kirloskar/Sudhir 320 KVA capacity replacing the unserviceable spares (including the cost of repairs) for Engine as described herein after under para (a) to (f) and as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) If complaint is not attended by contractor with in five hours the penalty of Rs 500/- per hour to be imposed and amount of penalty will be deducted from RAR. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and from) for all kind of necessary equipment /T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M Yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect. (iv) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically so contractor to specify the telephone/mobile No who will receive the complaint round the clock.

M&L for opening/taking out of injector of DG set of any type/capacity /make upto 320 KVA disconnection and opening of fuel injector assembly carrying complete overhauling/servicing fuel injection system with including replacement of injector repair kit including calibration of injector , checking the allignment and making proper fuel connector and testing for smooth operation complete all as specified and directed.
