Payment made towards attending the following urgent repair works in day to day activities like petty repair works in buildings such as.,
Towards attending of daily plumbing repair works in water supply and sanitary arrangements such as replacement of toilet fittings, wash hand basins, water closets, repairing pipe lines, fixing of regulating valves, repair works in plumbing line, regulating of water supply lines, arresting of water leakages, etc., and other plumbing works as directed by the departmental officers.
Towards attending of daily carpentary repair works in doors, windows and other carpentary works such as replacement of door closers, hinges, pad locks, tower bolts, handles, aldrops, door stoppers, etc., easing & repair works, replacement of furniture fittings, repair works in aluminium partition doors, windows, etc., making holes on walls, nailing, screwing on walls / partitions, etc., and other such carpentary works as directed by the departmental officers.
Towards attending of daily repair & maintenance works in buildings such as cleaning of terrace, removing unwanted building materials, cutting & removing of fallen trees, cleaning of toilet block, removing drainage chamber blocks, desilting of manhole chambers, earthwork for attending leakage pipelines, cleaning of rainwater drain, recharge pits, assisting plumbing repair works and carpentary repair works, etc., and other such works as directed by the departmental officers.
