Supply and delivery and storage at site the following Specification :- H.T. automatic voltage regulator with following specification : Capacity – 400 KVA, Cooling and insulation – ONAN, Contract type – Rolling Contact Conductor materials : Electrolytic grade copper, Lamination : CRGO Silicon steel, Duty : Continuous, Controller – Step less load, Operation – Auto / manual Service - Indoor Type, Input Range – 7KV-12KV, Output Range – Stabilized at 11KV ± 1% with 3Φ 50HZ Balanced or unbalanced load. Max temp, rise - 35ºC rise of oil temp over an ambient of 50ºC . Tank – Should have two separate tank one for step up/down units with beck booster transformer and other for voltage regulator unit. Oil – should be provided with first filling as per – IS335 .

Input Range – 7 KV-12 KV, Output Range – Stabilizer at 11KVI 1% with 3 Φ 50 Hz balanced or unbalanced load. Max temp, Rise - 50ºC rise of top oil over an ambient of 50ºC. Tank – Should have two separate tank on for step up/down units with back booster transformer and other for voltage regulator unit. Oil – Should be provided with first filling as per – IS335

12 KV 26 KA 630A single panel horizontal draw out type vacuum circuit breaker with all relay and meter suitable for above AVR with following specification :- VCB – Manually draw out type with motorized spring charging mechanism suitable for 230V AC and closing tripping coil with 110V DC. Service - Indoor

Supply delivery and storage at site 11KV(E) grade 3 core 185 sq mm XLPE insulated aluminum conductor armoured cable conforming to IS7098 Part – II. (for 250 KVA AVR).

Supply and delivery and storage at site 11KV (E) grade 3 core 240 sq mm XLPE insulated aluminum conductor armoured cable conforming to IS7098 Part – II. (for 400KVA AVR).

Providing GI Rack/Tray for laying of H.T cable inside the substation room (for above AVR & VCB). (300 mm X 50 mm)

Providing curb angle & removable chequerred plate over the open portion of the cable trench after installation of the equipments as per direction of the EIC. & with a provision of lifting lug over the MS chequerred plate. (After above AVR & VCB)

Indoor type heat shrinkable H.T. Termination kit suitable for the above cables two for power cables and two for inter connection between AVR Tank.

Installation of the above materials i.e. AVR, VCB at site on the existing position part by part including making suitable frame for HT panel with grouting of the equipments complete the job as per direction of EIC

Earthing of the above AVR and HT panel using 50 mm dia electrode and electrolytes as per IE rules and as per direction of EIC

Supply and delivery of 65 mm x 8 mm GI Strip for earthing purpose

Laying the above new H.T. 11KV (E) 240 sq mm x 3 core and 185 sq mm x 3 core al. Ar. Cable with two site jointing of the cable with cutting the trenchers as per IE rules with dressing and ramping the same after laying the cable by manual labour and expert jointer complete the job as per direction of EIC

Commissioning and testing of the system installation above in of manufacture authorized service personal complete the job as per direction of EIC

Supply delivery and storage at site (Raw water) of the following XLPE insulated armoured 1.1KV grade Al. conductor cable :-

150 sq mm, 3 core, 1.1 KV grade XLPE armoured Al. cable (Transformer secondary to incomer MCCB’S – 2 feeder with 2 length per feeder.)

16 sq mm x 4 core 1.1 KV grade XLPE armoured Al cable (for lighting, Ventilation etc. 1 length per feeder, 2 feeders).

10 sq mm x 3 core 1.1 KV grade XLPE armoured al. cable (for battery charger, valve actuator ECBC etc.). (1 Length per feeder).

6 sq mm x 2 core 1.1 KV grade XLPE armoured Al. cable for various single phase supply.

Laying of the above new cable in an underground trench in single tier formation horizontal the trench size 915 mm x 760 mm average depth with brick protection on the top of each cable with 8 Nos. brick per mtr. And 4 Nos. brick per mtr. As separated between the cables including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted Soil, Leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.
