Supply, fabrication, hoisting and placing in position HYSD reinforcement bars (TATA/ Jindal/ SAIL) conforming to IS 1786 - Latest Edition Grade FE 415 as per detailed drawing and specifications including cutting, bending and tying with 18 SWG binding wire complete for all heights and depths as directed etc. complete including supply of all labours, tools, materials etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, stair cases, etc., including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required Centering complete.

Providing and fixing of broken glass pieces on top of the compound wall / Coping with cement mortar 1 : 2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) and finishing etc. complete including supply of all labours, materials, tools etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing 15 mm thick Cement Plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior / exterior plastering up to floor two level, including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM 1 : 4 including supply of all labours, tools, materials, etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Finishing walls with 1st quality Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade (Asian/ Snowcem/ Berger) on new work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) at all heights to give an even shade etc. wherever required including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Wicket gate with "C" class G.I. Pipe and M.S. flats & plates and as per drawing (Size 0.90 m x 1.70 m) and as directed including cost of Supply, fabrication, fixing in position, fixing the rails and painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer etc. including supply of all labours, tools, materials and finishing etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) on steel work at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete including supply of all materials, labours, tools, scaffoldings etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
