Earthwork in excavation in all types of soil for site leveling, foundation, pits, trenches, Piles bore and other civil works up to and including 1.5metre lift , 6.00 meter piles bond and stacking the soil upto a lead of 100 metre and including dewatering, removing slush,shoring and strutting (as required), complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying of filling sand in foundation and over areas including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing, labours, tools, taxes etc., all complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation using 40 mm & down grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing and laying R,C,C, (1:1.5:3) using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland/Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including laying, curing, carriage for all leads; including the cost of centering & shuttering as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; (A) FOUNDATION

Providing & fixing TOR Fe-500 HYSD Reinforcement bars (SAIL /TATA /RINL/JINDAL/SHYAM) of required diameter and approved quality for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding(if approved) , joining (if necessary), tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in position as per the approved design & drawings (BBS) with provision of standard fan hooks including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, loading, unloading, cost of binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge, T&P, etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Brick Masonry work in Foundation & Plinth using Fly ash bricks of 25 Cm. x 12 Cm. x 7.5 Cm. size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg./Cm2 with dimensional tolerance + 2 % confirming to IS 12894 and IS 2212 in cement mortar (1:6) affter immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use, with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc. as per the drawings including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, royalties, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, watering and curing, sundries, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying 16 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 Fine sand) on External surfaces of walls (brick or concrete surfaces) finished smooth with trowel including scaffolding, curing etc., complete at all heights.

Providing and applying 6 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) on the all concrete surfaces of columns, beams and slabs finished smooth and even.

Painting two coats with wheather seal coat over a coat of waterbound wall primer including all cost complete

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size-600x600

2.50 cm thick grading concrete using C.C. (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm sizes down graded H.G. chips on new work (For 1 Sqmt)

Fitting and fixing of Electrical items etc all complete
