Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including raft, footings , plinth beam, bases for columns, basement slabs and mass concrete and similar work complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks using type C1(1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) ,size exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc 50 m and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Anti Termite Treatment along the bottom and sides of excavation external wall of concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 5 litres per per square metre of surface area including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Anti Termite Treatment along the top surface of filled earth using chemical emulsion @ 5 litres per per square metre of surface area including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hard core with broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread, and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.
